Re: Stop Buying Virtual Currency, please

I dislike Microtransactions, I dislike them in every form of game. F2P games and some other low entry cost Games I'm ok with it, it's the modell to make money.

We shouldn't forget that NBA 2K is a yearly release that often isn't more then a relatively small add-on they sell full price. If then the game is bent to make players buy VC it gets really annoying. Oh and don't forget that it releases buggy as hell each year.

Give us base accessories for MyPlayer, it doesn't make sense to not have the basics in there. Charge VC for the nicer versions, maybe add options to buy Phones, Cars, or Include a Flat where you can buy stuff for. If not both Skills and basic accessory stuff would cost VC we could even argue that the amount of VC is fine, but with the current system it's not .

VC makes the Cap in MyPlayer useless or how is a 500 or 2000 VC contract translated to salary.

I rather pay 120-200$ for a game then have poorly designed money grabs that impact the Game.

I don't have a major problem with the VC system, but the fact I have to use VC to buy basic accessories for myPlayer is fuggin absurd. I create MyPlayer to duplicate what I look like on the court. So I have to use my VC to buy a headband, arm sleeves, knee sleeves, double rubberbands instead of using the VC to upgrade myplayer's ratings. I don't have a problem using my VC to purchase acessories that give myPlayer a ratings boost. However, I do like getting rewarded with VC in every game mode, which can help me boost myPlayer's ratings or buy acessories.

But I do hate how little VC I get from games, compared to the skill points you got in previous years.

I do hate how myplayer's salary is in VC and not real currency, that takes away from the realism to me.
