I am all for LeBron turbo cheesers being punished, but OA is unplayable right now due to this issue. Athletes don't get gassed walking up the court for 3 mins.
I agree that they may get gassed a little too quickly. However, I can get 30 min out of most of my big men without playing them much with the gatorade symbol. As long as you don't sprint with your big men (which you shouldn't really be doing) you should be fine. And my 1-3's are all fine. I could play most of them 35+ min.

This is definitely a glitch and a game killer that needs to be fixed. Every player's stamina in my OA is at 50!!! wtf, I can't even play 5 minutes (12 min quarters) with my players having the gatorade icon and missing every shoot.

        FIX THIS ASAP

I'm not even talking about Online Association. I'm just talking about Online Ranked Matches. My big men are down to 3 bars a couple minutes into the game, and it takes forever for them to regain 5 bars. I've seen it where Cousins is down to 3 bars, I take him out for a couple minutes and use a timeout and he is still only at 4 bars. So your telling me that a guy isn't fully recovered after resting 40% of a quarter along with a timeout?

What's wrong with having 3 bars though? You know he can still play.

I think you people are gona kill the game someday.

It means that he won't be able to stay in the game long while he had all that time to rest. It makes a difference.

Your logic sucks ... Demarcus Cousin averages 30 minutes per game. That is 62.5% of any game. Simple math says in a 20 minute game, that would mean he would play 12.5 minutes.

So he plays for 3 minutes, rests for 2. Gets end of quarter. Sits 2 minutes, plays 3. Halftime. Plays 3 minutes, sits for 2. End quarter. Sits 1 minute. Plays for 4. That is 13 minutes, more than he would play in a realistic game. That works because of all the end of game timeouts, he'd easily survive.

I think it's perfect as well, at least on my old Celtics team. KG plays 30 mins average, which is REAL! I rested him more in the third and played more in the forth. If I got a blowout in the forth, he'll get 24-28 mins in total. Still figuring how to deal in playoffs (if i make it), I don't think the PP and KG can play over 36 mins without fatigue.

I love that fatigue actually matters this year. Please don't change it 2k. People just need to learn to lay off turbo and play smarter and use their timeouts and bench players more.

Re: Energy Drains Way Too Fast

Fatigue is very good this year save for the bugs related to association.

If you're having problems, lay off the turbo once in a while and call at least one timeout per quarter. If just you are doing so, you can pretty much have the starters out there for 75-80% of the game. If your opponent does so, well, now high fitness players can play the whole game again. I usually can leave my floor general/defensive anchor out there for the whole game, he'll drop to three bars at times at which point I just have to run plays that don't involve him.

For those who keep replying with "lay off the turbo" or "dribble moves moves use turbo" save it!! I'm sure a majority of the people on here realize that. This isn't our first rodeo... If you're not having a problem, one you're probably not playing on Online Association or two, you're playing on an Online Association with all users when user games aren't the problem. I play 8 minute quarters and by the end of the game, my starters will have played 17 minutes and my bench 16 minutes. But yeah that's realistic because that's how it works in the NBA right? And to say Gatorade buckets don't affect them much, you can obviously see that it does when you go into the menu to sub and all your players have down, red arrows like they're injured. I'm tired of people saying "well they're big men" ... No they are the supreme athletes in their profession. Just because a "normal" and I use this term loosely, 6'9-7'0 footer may get gassed these guys are anything but normal and 2K fails to capture that with fatigue... And don't gets started on the wing guys who should be able to play major minutes. So got off your "I know everything there is to know about basketball" pedestals, because apparently, you don't know a damn!! Fatigue is an issue, simple as that!

IT IS NOT A ISSUE WITH TURBO BUT A GLITCH WHEN YOU MESS WITH THE SLIDERS IN O.A.! IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH TURBO! MY LEAGUE IS CURRENTLY SUFFERING FROM IT! but keep saying we are pushing the turbo button down too much thou instead of ADDRESSING THE REAL ISSUE!

I play with 12 min quarters and 57 fatigue rate on sliders and as long as I use my bench wisely AND timeouts, my bigs can easily play 32min a game. Theres no reason to be sprinting with them unless they can stop a fast break.

I hope they patch it up. I'm babysitting my substitutions all game because of how much the energy drains.
The sliders work for this. Scale them back.
