Yeah count me in as another person who had Paul go to Cleveland.

Dwight signed with the PISTONS to give them 2 90 overall centers in year 3. Freakin crazy.

Every single mode I've played this year and last I've seen Chris Paul sign with the Cavs which leads to Paul being benched. I've never understood it.

Yeah, it happens every time. Dwight too. Very unrealistic.

But hey, at least they fixed the bug where he maxes out at 7 assists per game

        ...
        ...
        ...

Oh, they didn't? Well, I'm sure it was just him they forgot about....

        ...
        ...
        ...
        ...
        ...

It happens to the same players as last year too? Hmm, seems like they didn't give Association Mode more than a passing glance. Pity.

I think someone mentioned it, but can't we just go in edit player (association) and add more years to his contract like he resigned with the Clippers? I plan on doing that for him and Dwight because they probably won't leave this summer.

Problem is that the Cavs in this game are undervaluing Irving. He's pretty easy to get in trades too, and he's ALWAYS won at least one MVP in the first 5 years in every association I've done, and one time he won five straight when he was on my team (I sim all games).

I don't mind Dwight leaving LA since the MF is indicisive as all hell. CP3 I don't mind really mind either, but the only teams with cap space to sign him are crap teams or teams with young rising PGs already. So what I did for CP3 was just edit his contract to look simiar to Derons so he stayed on the Clippers long term.

The real issue is teams sign players they likely won't in real life and it ruins their good cap space. Hawks always sign Harris, Rockets always sign Martin and Mavs sign Collison. These are the teams that would make a case to sign cp3 and/or Dwight.

LA has a more rounded (and championship-ready) team, Cavs only have role players and 2 young rising stars

I'd personally rather choose Cleveland so that I could make them relevant. That's just me though.

To the guy talking about guys willing to sign with championship contenders. They actually did add something like this where a vet will take less money to sign with a contender. But other then that, nothing else.

Ouch... They technically are a big market (based on statistics only) and have a lot of cap space. The only reason Dwight and Paul would sign with them would be because they would be paired with a team that is already making the playoffs.
