What do you mean? Are you being defaulted to a generic name and generic look despite changing it?

No not that, I made a new player but I couldn't change my name at all. There is nothing to change besides the position you want to play/number you want/type of player you are.


I just want to know why 2K developed it to be like this?

Impressive list.

Offline I actually really enjoyed the gameplay with the coach profiles run plays changed to 0. However, my buddy (who is new to 2k) and I just started a 2 person OA on Pro. We originally started on All-Star, but he was getting beat by 30-40 points every game. Much to my chagrin, he talked me into starting a new OA on Pro. Both of us have been lighting it up from 3 point land (pre-patch). Also since you can't change the coach profiles, the CPU ran fast breaks all the time off of defensive rebounds. It appears both of these items have been adjusted, so I'm going to be one happy 2k camper.

You can't create two MyPLAYERS but you can have up to 3 MyCAREERS iirc.

You'd have to change his name at the MyPlayer section, but if you do that I think it will change any other player you have.

AutoSave can and always has been able to be disabled.

-Load the Roster you want to use.
-to be safe i suggest saving the roster again as a different file.
-now go to options and delete the roster file you just saved.
-the first time you make changes and it tries to auto save you will get a notification saying something "like can't find file, autosave has been disabled". click ok and now autosave is disabled. (this works in association as well.)
-when your ready to save, do so and autosave will be reenabled.

anyone block a dunk yet? Cause nothing on note speaks on such a gamebreaker and don't get me started with the euro glitch

Covers my major issues except the logic with auto subs, and the CPU not subbing players due to fouls. Ie 2 in the first etc..

I wish the substitution notification overlay was fixed. It's been in the game for years but its broken in 2k13.

It's ridiculous, I think Rudy Gay and Josh Smith use them as well... Also just my first qtr post-patch and everything is going good (up 18-4) on All-star default sliders and there it is, the cpu won't inbound after calling a timeout

The fastbreak issue is a non-issue for me also. The AI will push the ball after misses but, if you get back they will pull the ball back out.

Prepatch I was getting better at getting back on Defense. Post patch it's even easier to get back in transition since your AI teammates are tuned better to get back.

As long as I manage my coach profile in game at the right time, by keeping crash offensive glass kinda low I'm able to get back and defend as I should.

Also, I really like how the shot % have been tuned. Playing 12 min qtrs. Allstar Sim default with adjustments to fouls only, and I just had my first high 80's to low 90's final score. Instead of always getting scores reaching 100.

Really like the gameplay improvements.

Not sure on the sig skills, but I believe someone else posted that the Autosave was NOT addressed. That's not surprising to me in the least bit
