Dunks that don't literally just push defenders out of the way... Some interrupt-able ones would be stellar.

I'd like to see some rare dunks that require longer rim hangs because a defender is underneath the dunker or on the floor under the dunker. The legal kind, when there is a valid excuse to hang on the rim. It should be very rare, maybe 2-3 times a season, and only for elite dunkers. It would require some additional animation done for the defender, so it might be asking a bit much, but it would definitely be a youtube moment.

Some serious POWER dunks. Dunks that could max out the intensity meter. Look at Kenneth Faried's dunks and how he tugs the rim, thats what I mean. And even theose quick straight dunks that are thrown in with a lot of emphasis. Well, basically, with most packages, there should be one that gets the intensity meter in the 90s.

Like someone else said, you should also look at Terrence Ross' unique style of kind of flailing his legs. There should also be more one footed, one handed windmills.

I like to re-iterate some feelings on adding even more variety to Big Man Dunks and even adding some seemingly absurd standing/one step big man dunks. Title it "Uber Athletic BigMan Dunks" to stay in tune with the titling of this years dunk packages.
See Blake Griffin in college or Kemp's one step windmill from the baseline.

Also, Big Man poster dunks! Can you make that happen?

Oh and since I'm pretty sure the dunker you have is 6'4" Justin Darlington, can you have him do his under two legs dunk and put it into a package cleverly titled "Jus' Fly".

                  <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/aFfqUTrL0Y8" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

We've seen his work in the Uber Athletic dunks off of 2 package with that 'over the opposite shoulder eyes at rim level mecha-tomahawk dunk' to name but one.
Ignorance of evidence is evidence of ignorance...

Thanks everyone for the feedback so far. I want to assure you that just because I said this dunker can do anything we're not out to capture super-human dunks. Yes, there will always be a few slightly over-the-top dunks meant to play on rare occasions, but as always we aim to be a sim game so you'll be sure he'll be filling in some basics as well. Every shoot we do throughout the year includes dunks so you'll be getting plenty of regulars for 2k14.

To answer a few other things ... the dunks you saw in 2K13 were performed by around 70 different actors. And for the record the dunker next week is not Justin Darlington, but we did have him here previously and he gave us the "under two legs" dunk. In fact, if I recall correctly it was in the DLCs for the last couple years. Probably one of my top 5 favorite dunkers in 2K mocap history.

Last thing, it is a VERY high priority for us to improve dunk blocks

Well, since Blocking dunks is a very HIGH Priority,i just might dominate at this game once again!

I havent really enjoyed this game since 2k11. The main reason why? Defense. I'm a shot blocker. At point guard, at shooting guard, at small forward, at power forward or at center....I BLOCK SHOTS. Ever since you guys over at 2ksports went away from 2 man animations and "canned block shots" it feels almost impossible to impose your will defensively on your opponent. Look, i understand the slam dunk is the most exciting play in basketball to most people. If you ask me, there's no better feeling in the world than rejecting your opponents shot and sending it to next week. I'm all about defense 1st.

dont believe me, check the stats...

                              <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/vzzcImrBlsU" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="560"></iframe>

Moving right along, If super human dunks are not going to be the focus, how about More Contact dunks? How About emphatic Rejections of big time dunks? How about motion capturing a lock down defender going one on one with different styles of players?

Defensive player against an excellent Ball Handler

A Defensive player against a scorer.

A Defensive player against the pick & roll.

A Defensive player against the Pick N Pop.

The reason im asking for this, is because the same way you want a great athlete to MO-Cap Dunks, you should get a great on-ball defender to capture how a real defensive minded person would guard against different offenses? This would make us,(the player) controlling the defender feel like we have more options against different offenses.

The On ball defense in 2k is so terrible. Can you get rid of the Sliding and goofy recovery animations when we attempt a steal or a block shot? This is a videogame, and yeah you want it to be sim, but lets make it fun to play as well. Bring it back to the days of 2k11 where you could actually Bump your opponent instead of slide backwards, or make wierd lunges, and be put out of the play for mistiming a steal or block. I'd rather have a slight, if little penalty for lunging or attempting a block shot. The most that should happen is if the user should fall for a pump fake, i should be able to jump right back up and attempt to block the shot again...No slip and slide under the rim, don't take us out of the play, and don't make us do weird lean back animations that absolutely make no sense whatsoever.

                              Never before seen Dunks

If you dont include this dunk, or create a Vintage Carter Dunk Package
                              You will Surely regret this.

Last, but certainly not least....Bring in Allen Iverson to Mo-Cap His dribbling skills. He is by far the best Ball handler/Dribbler/scorer i've ever seen. Clearly you guys over at 2ksports agreed.....5 Times you did...

                              <iframe src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/zcS6qN1agnA" allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" width="560"></iframe>

This man Needs no introduction to 2k. Have him come in and show you guys his plethora of moves. Also, guys like Allen Iverson, Steve Francis, Chris Paul, Deron williams, Jamal Crawford,Tyreke Evans...they have more than one crossover, or one hesitation....They actually have multiple moves to get to the rack. PLease give us the ability to have more than one step back, more than one crossover at our disposal.

Iverson has over 14 minutes off crossovers to prove to you he didnt do the same crossover repeatedly to get by his opponent. Let us chain/branch together an array of moves to keep the defense guessing. Also, bring back the broken ankles animations...they dont happen enough in 2k13...make it like nba 2k11, which clearly was your best game up to date. Oh and bring back Iso gathers from 2k11...those were so good...the Shamgod is the only you have in here. Bring back all of them and new ones as well.
