Ray Allen base and form. Quick release, not a very high jumper though but the quick release makes up for the lack of up in the shot.

It's pretty dumb looking (for me it looks funny, that's why I used it, lol) but it's effective. It's a pretty fast release plus all you have to do with the timing is hold the shooting button until it's out. You're guaranteed to have a good shot release. >_>
