I just started a 30 team control association for the first time, but for some reason even though I set ON to automation control for the computer to sign free agents on all teams except the one I want to control, they just aren't signing anyone. For example, I simmed all the way into the next season and Chris Paul, Iggy, etc. are wasting away in the free agent pool still. Any idea why this would be happening?

I want 30 team control so I can fix some AI roster mistakes and set rotations, etc. but I don't want to have to do the free agent signings manually for every team.
