I don't know what time per quarter you're using but Fatigue Rate usually determines that factor why sub if you aren't tired, turn up the Fatigue rate see what happens.

I believe the only way to get more subs is to go through all the starters and edit their stamina. Like in NFL NBA does not have a fatigue factor to adjust in sliders. I thought about doing in but it takes to much time. If you play on 8-9 quarters they sub pretty well. The only main problem is they sub by position only and practically every NBA team plays someone else. For example if its a C it won't sub a PF for them. Same as SG and PG has to all match, kind of sucks!

Thats not true at all champ. I have seen plenty of times Bobby Sura, Flip Murray, and others subbed in at their NON-Natural position
                      Concrete evidence/videos please

ok, for an example on the celtics I started Pierce as SG and Davis as a SF. When I play against them during the game the CPU constantly subs them for the same position. I call time out Pierce goes in for Davis, few seconds later a foul or so. Here comes Davis right back for Pierce. Houston Cato a C playing PF Yao a C same thing. It is like that a lot with most teams so prove me wrong. You can even dig up some stuff a while back about people trying to figure out a way to stop it on here, and ESPN video games champ.....
