Yeah, I hate the defeault controller settings, defensive assist at 50 and the camera relative doesn't give me the control I want over the player I'm using.

I didn't pay attention to half of this stuff and been playing this game forever. Good looks on the vid man. I'll have to put this info to good use.

This video is great, but I'm still finding myself playing the guessing game. I understand the cues the defender gives, and I understand which direction I need to be exploding in. But it seems like you only have a micro split second to make your decision.

Like when the defender bites one way, he recovers to fast for me to go the other way cleanly. Any tips for this? Or is it just me needing to speed up my reflexes?

Honestly the more I play with these dribble moves, the more I miss the old Isomotion dribble system. The control stick just makes it all feel so sluggish. I try to do a simple hesitation and go, and I feel like I'm running on a treadmill or something sometimes lol...

I've had similar issues and I've finally figured it out. Seriously, its 1:30am and I'm playing a scrimmage game on HOF and shaking the heck outta the CPU. You guys are doing exactly what I was doing - you are dribbling too far from the defender.

Jersez is the dribbling guru so I'll let him tell it but move closer to the defender and getting by your man will improve.

Okay try this, when you explode let go off turbo, when you turbo the cpu goes into hyper speed to stop you. I'll do a video today on it.

Just want to say much respect brah. I thought I was the only dude left with crossovers and a mid-range game HA!! Love linking shot gathers with crossovers.

Even some vids i've seen from people on here, I look at it and smh at the cheese. Nice Bron vid by the way. Something I do that I haven't seen from you is learn how to use hesitations and sizeups to get your man in the air (vs HMN) on open 3s and faking a layup. Much respect man.

I can't really do online videos right now(hum vs hum), I don't have a hdpvr I'm just using fraps but I'll get one by the time the ps4 and xbox one are released, maybe we can add each other and ball.

Yep, it was definitely the players I was using. I was using Felton, Melo, and Conley before. Having a much easier time with JR Smith and I just played a quick game with the Clips and was unstoppable with CP3. Still looking to improve any way possible though. I could break ankles with Ilgausksas on 2K11 lol I ain't there yet with this control stick.

Yeah it's somewhat like madden, but that was a tip I learned in 2k12. Since it was hard as hell to get past the cpu in that game

Okay and I just did a video for you on the launch point, not just you but others that are having trouble with getting past defenders still and slow launches.

This...turbo is like a signal for the cpu to go hyper blast....it's been like that since 2k11 I think...
