Denvers while not a great team is still a pretty good team. And most people that brag about records or talk about they have no problems with the game use those teams.

I been running with the Pistons since 2k11 and have always had a winning record. I think a true testament would be to use a scrub team and see if the same results apply. Thats just my opinion though.

Some of you guys are missing the point I'm trying to make about online play. I'm not talking about cheesing, glitching or 10 pt comeback. I talking about every game on average are close for some reason. Example, I could up 4 pts and need to get one more stop to go up 6 and the game goes into overdrive to make sure it doesn't happens. My opponent will score of some bs shot, like a force 3, or get a shooting foul off of some force layup on 2 people, or not allowing a turnover to happen where the ball gets loose and no one could pick it up which screws up my defense, or can't get a defensive rebounds off a terrible shot or my defense just falls asleep allowing an easy score. If I do get the ball back, I would loose the ball just by simple contact. That is something we can't control but programming does. So I don't believe anything coming from 2k. Games a rigged to be close. How could everyone I play feel like we are at the same level. The way some people play some game should be over by the half or the 3rd
quarter. I still end up winning most of my games, but it should be a much easier than it has to be. 2k let the blowouts happen dammit!

I was primarily a Sixers user on 2k11-2k13 and I've always kept a pretty good record.

I wasn't bragging about my record either, they asked and I just answered. I love using teams with a shot blocking big to take away the inside. Though, you are right. I have no problem with using scrub teams, I just have been enjoying using the Nuggets thus far.

The regular season hasn't started yet, so once that gets into swing I'll probably start using my Sixers or the Wizards.

I've always believed in using what ever team you wanted, however. I don't care if you use the Heat as long as you play legit. I don't believe in the idea that great players should play with terrible teams just to justify their skill. But thats just my opinion.

Im starting to think contested shots are part of the game. People hit them in real life. At this point ive accepted the fact that those will drop from time to time.

But contact shots are a problem.

True, but the game is teaching players that a contested shot is the better shot to take over an open shot.

2k12, 13 and 14 yes, terrible teams will justify your skills. 2k11.....no, it didn't matter the team then, no one team was given an advantage. You didn't see crazy shots go in like you do now, tons of and 1's, constant reaching in without a foul being called, zone usage being overpowered and etc. You can take a bum big man on ANY TEAM, I repeat......ANY TEAM in this game and score on the post on a regular and get and 1's with him. That isn't true to life.....simulation is what they call it. 2k11 that couldn't happen. Everybody played their position, their role in that game. I couldn't just dribble back and forth with Rip Hamilton in 2k11 and think im gonna get buckets that way, that wasn't his game. I had to run him off screens.

2k11 to be me is still hands down the best basketball SIMULATION to date. That's just my humble opinion. Every game from then has been a downfall towards Arcade/Casuals.

I had many opponents hit me up after a game in 2k11 and compliment my game using the Pistons.

2K11 had better sliders which kept the gameplay more balanced online. Nowadays 2k is into more arcade like gameplay, especially with three point shooting. they're making three point shooting very very easy

Although there is no momentum, yes I believe that, there is a clutch factor and I think this is what we r feeling as momentum..when it comes fourth quarter or the lead starts to get closer, I think clutch factor really kicks in...

I also this the sig skills make the game very arcadish and unrealistic.
