Why are people overreacting about MyGM already lol? What they mean by using your Player is not your MyCAREER, it's the player you create at the very start of the game and is already done for you when you begin a MyCAREER. It's Association, improved, and you now know what your character looks like.

Sorry for being dense, but what is Connected Careers Mode? I've heard a ton of great things about 2K today but I'd be bummed if Association has been morphed into something strange. I also admit I'm a little bummed to hear the "Rookie Showcase" is still the only pre-draft workout. I was hoping for a return to a realistic journey but early indications suggest a turn for the theatric.

Basically it combines Madden's franchise and superstar modes. The newest iteration making it where you can choose to go into the mode as a player, coach or owner.

I haven't played the new one yet, so not sure how it's changed.

Yeah, but people are worried about it being single-user from the sound of it. That's a big deal to a lot of people on this board.

No, they seem to think it's party of MyCareer. If it was that, it wouldn't have it's own name. BTW, someone asked the difference between MyPlayer and MyCareer. The MyPlayer is your player. MyCareer is the mode you can play him in.

When they let you do this at your house, this will be a great selling point for them. May work better with the Kinect, but if you could accurately scan yourself into the game and take yourself into MyPlayer, most people are gonna do that I would think. I'll be interested to see how good people look who were scanned in at this event.

Preach. That's the selling point on if I will get a next gen system and this game. If MyGM is a trumped up myplayer then I will definitely be passing.
