I remember that. I read that last night. I kind of felt the same about that MLB 2K5. I just never played baseball since like 95 or something like that when it was on NES. Still, the basketball and football were pretty hot. Those games just build so much on what they establish. I'm so ready for E3 already. Saving up my money so I can engulf myself into two great releases for basketball. I also had a thought about the games franchise mode.
Ya'll ever play wrestling? I think there could be some type of rival preset that we put into the game per team. Or it could be rival preset that was already implemented into the game. I really thought about the game and stuff like that. Just like when certain players play against each other, there should be some type of different commentary compared to the original. Within the franchise, games between the rivals do need a different and rowdier atmosphere. I'm thinking about the Shaq and Kobe drama that was blown up. Let's say it's a real rivalry. There should be smart words and things like that added when those two meet up. Just should be games where the competition is the hardest. Almost like it's cheating....almost. Harder defense, less fouls called, more difficult shots, more spectacular dunks when on a break. Just the little things I guess you can say. I can only wonder.
Ya'll think that 2K is implementing the all-star weekend? Not that it's seriously needed and all, but I recall some news about EA & 2K from last year. How EA was going to hold back on the All-star weekend if 2K held back on their Next Movement. However, both didn't hold back and they added their flavor to the game. I think 2K was trying to improve the contest for this year. I can only wonder what they'd add compared to what they have from previous years. Oh, there are just so many options. If they have a dunk contest too like the college game, they should have a better dunk structure to distinguish too. So many possibilities....
