You must be really upset I didn't update Patrick O'Bryant yet.
I was talking about your roster a few months ago when you had a bunch of role players not rated yet hence being incomplete. I wasn't talking about the scrubs. Even now that your roster is basically complete, your tendencies will probably never be as good as Nogsters. More complete but I doubt better.

And when I said no, he cried like a bitch. He went out of his way to disrespect me upon releasing his roster, and frankly, he deserves no respect from me whatsoever.
That's hilarious coming from you. The drama queen that keeps coming to Nogster's thread crying like a little **** to the OS community for months that I stole your ratings as if anybody buys your BS. You also even keep claiming that the 2K insider stole your ratings. LMAO

When I asked for your permission out of respect, you never told me no. Show me the post where you did if I'm wrong. In fact you were giving me the run around instead of what I was looking for, a solid yes or no answer like a normal person would. Even though it was my right to upload the roster I mixed together to 2Kshare without your permission, if you told me not to, I would've respected your decision and just kept it for personal use. You told me it was a free country and just not to attach your name in the upload and I respected your wishes. The proof is all there in the posts.

I never went out of my way to disrespect you. As soon as you began attacking me, I just kept giving you a taste of your own medicine. And speaking of going out of their way. You've been coming into this thread for months now trolling your *** off to your heart's content. Give it up man. Your not going to gain anything from it. Nobody here cares about any of your rants and comparisons. We're all going to stick to whatever roster we prefer in the end. And who the hell are you that I would give a crap about your respect? As soon as I found out what kind of person you are, your respect means less to me than the lint on my belly button.

And you know this from testing them out yourself?

      Didn't think so.

        Re: Nogster's Roster 2.0 for 360 *RELEASED*

Ive decided to watch a game of Rahidi's Mavs, vs Trajan's rosters Mavs.

This isnt to have a go at rashidi. I respect his work. We have the same hobby and are both obviously passionate about it.
This is for my own curiosity.
and to show that these digs rashidi has made at trajan's roster, which consists of my coach profile and player tendencies, are purely subjective and arrogantly biased because they are incorrect in their accusations.
granted. One game isnt a good enough representation. anything can happen, a team could have a shocker. thats the beauty of [the good] sports videgames. They are unpredictable.

        anyway.
I downloaded Rashidi's latest roster. then exported his mavs to trajans latest roster which has reverted back to my fastbreak and run plays coach profiles.
Rashidi's Mavs at Trajans rosters Mavs.
        default sliders, all star
        fouls.
        charging: 70
        blocking: 70
        reaching: 65
        shooting: 65
        loose ball 75.

And with only 7mins to go in the game. its looking to be a thriller.

        The story so far.

Trajan's Mavs came out of the gates the better team. winning the 1st q 32-21. Both dirks did their thing and looked dominant.
2nd Q the momentum switched and Rashidi's Mavs won the quarter 25-17.
They then continued to control the game with a brilliant defensive effort in the 3rd. Beating Trajans Mavs 30-15 in the quarter and taking a firm hold on the game.
But Trajans Mavs wouldnt fold and have snatched momentum back with a big run and are right back in the game.
Both Dirks have had big games. and both dirks are being consistently doubled.
So here we are. the final stretch. 82-79 to rashidi.
        ..............

Terry and Butler have both exchanged 3 pointers.
        85-82.
rashidi's Butler drives and pushes his way into the paint from a low post faceup, layup. [a move that gamers would call cheap.]
        87-82
        timeout Trajan's Mavs.
Trajan's Kidd gets fouled pulling up with a forceful drive. makes 2 fts.
        87-84.
Rashidi's Dirk in the low post, goes for a move, gets doubled and finds Terry open on the opposite baseline, jumpshot is good.
        89-84.
Trajans Butler steps out of bounds after a pick n roll traps him. t/o.
Rahidi's Dirk iso's on the perimeter with dampier on him, he drives, gets right inside. then runs back out faces up baseline and hits a J.
        91-84.
Trajan's Kidd finds Haywood inside for a layup.
        91-86.
Rahidi's Butler receives a pass on the perimeter and whips it to Dirk pulling up baseline for a 22ft J. Its good! Rashidi's Dirk is on fire.
        93-86.
Trajan's Kidd finds a cutting Marion who misses the dunk in traffic.
        Dreb: dirk.
        Butler misses Jumper.
        Dreb Haywood.
Butler makes another 3. he is in a zone and has been the reason for Trajans Mavs comeback. 3 3pters in the 4thQ.
        93-89.
Rashidi's Dirk gets the ball inside the key, posts up and makes a hookshot.
        95-89.
Trajan's kidd and Dirk execute a pick n fade, Dirk hits the 22ft J.
        95-91
        Rashidi's terry misses a baseline J.
        Dreb: Dirk.
Trajan's Kidd with a nice pass to the trailing Dirk, layup and 1!!
        95-94
Rashidi's Terry triple threats on the perimeter. a rushed 3pter. Airball!
Reach in foul on Rashidi's Kidd. [something ive noticed this kidd do is reach in a lot.]
Kidd makes both FTs. Trajans mavs take the lead!!
        95-96.
        Rashidi's Mavs call time.
Dirk catch and shoot mid ranger. Its good!
        97-96.
Trajan's Kidd with a poor pull up from the ft line. miss.
        Dreb: Dirk.
Butler intercepts a poor Kidd pass in transition.
Trajans Kidd then draws the D, and finds Dirk for a short banking shot.
        97-98.
Terry with an open 3pter from Kidd. GOOD!!
        100-98.
        Trajan's Mavs call time.
        1:20 to go.
Kidd and Dirk in another pick n roll. Dirk is doubled, he finds Kidd again. they executed another pick n fade, Dirk makes the shot!!
        TIED GAME!
        Rashidi's mavs call time.
        1:07 to go.
Rashidi's Kidd misses an open 3.
        Dreb: Haywood.
Kidd and dirk go for a pick n roll 2 man game again.
Dirk doubled again. he gets it back to Kidd, they go again. this time Dirk drives the lane gets fouled! Makes both FT's.
        100-102.
Rashidi's Dirk gets the ball in the low post, backs down dampier misses a forced shot.
        Dreb: Kidd.
after numerous failed attempts to trap kidd and the mavs. Rashidis Mavs put Kidd on the line.
        He misses the 1st!
        He makes the 2nd.
        Rashidi's Mavs call time.
        9secs to go.
        100-103.
Terry inbounds the ball to Dirk. who passes it back to Terry who is wide open!! 3!! Its good!!
        TIED GAME!!
        Trajan's mavs call time.
        5.8 secs to go.
Dirk pulls up over Marion for the game!!.........

well, ive said it before.. trajan is helping the 2k10 community in its entirety by makin spreadsheets for the pc and ps3 users..

im sure the only reason most pc and ps3 users knows wat kind of work u do (rashidi) is becuz of trajan. that was def the case for me..

and the only way to really end this debate is if rashidi releases a complete spreadsheet (ratings/tendencies/coach profiles) so that all of us 2k10 gamers can compare and contrast.. and then we can join whichevers bandwagon..
im guessin the pc/ps3 users make up around 50% of the nba 2k10 community but as of now, ur not givin us much of a choice but to side wit trajan..

            Re: Nogster's Roster 2.0 for 360 *RELEASED*

Seriously, I couldnt script this game any better. LOL.

Both Dirks have completely dominated the game and both will probably reach the 40pt mark.

            classic stuff.

            anyway O/T.

            Rashidi Mavs have possesion.
Marion finds Haywood for a layup under the basket.
Dirk gets the ball in his hotspot above the FT line, gets doubled, finds Butler who hits an open J.
            105-105.
Trajans Butler intercepts a Kidd pass, gets the ball to kidd, Kidd then dishes to a slashing Dirk. SLAM DUNK and 1!!
            105-108.
Dirk misses a catch and shoot outside jumper. But Rashidi's Marion hustles down an offensive board. gets it back to Dirk. He launches a J without hesitation. good!
            107-108.
Trajans Kidd makes a pull up J around a Dirk screen.
            107-110
Rashidi's Dirk, iso's dampier on the perimeter, drives baseline and makes a running Jumper.
            109-110.
Trajans Dampier bangs on Kidd in a mismatch downlow. draws the shooting foul. makes 1 of 2 fts. Rashidi's Kidd is fouled out.
Rashidi's Beaubois drives the lane for a huge dunk!!! WTF!
            Tied game.
Trajan's Kidd and Dirk in another 2 man game. Dirk catches, shoots and misses a tough 22fter but Trajan's Marion gets a huge Oreb and then gets fouled going back up. He makes both Fts. Rashidi's Dirk is fouled out!
            111-113.
            Rashidi's mavs call time.
Barea makes a massive 3 over Kidd. Rashidi's mavs take the lead!
            114-113.
            Trajan's Kidd misses a pull up J.
            Dreb: Terry.
Rashidi's Butler iso's dampier and pulls up for a J. makes it!
            116-113.
            timeout mavs.
After a long hold of the ball, Kidd gets the ball to Butler. who forces a J.
            Dreb: Dampier.
terry drives the lane BLOCKED by Haywood. but Marion gathers the loose ball and makes layup AND 1.!!
119-113. Rashidi's Mavs are looking the goods.
Trajans Dirk spins and forces the issue, gets fouled pulling up! makes both Fts.
            119-115.
            intentional foul.
            Terry makes both Fts.
            121-115.
Trajans Mavs get the ball to Dirk but he takes too long to get himself a shot and makes a baseline pullup J.
            FINAL.
            Rashidi's Mavs win 121-117.

The stats on what was a classic game.

              RASHIDI - TRAJAN.
              49/89 FGS 43/86.
              55% 50%
              6/17 3PTS 7/20

              8 T/OS 10.
              23 FLS. 13
              38 REB 39.
              4 OREB 7
              5 STL 4
              0 BLK 3
              46 PIP 36.

              MVP: Rashidi's DIRK: 40pts, 15 rebs, 5ast, 2stl, 16/30fgs, 0/2 3pters, 8/8fts.

              Rashidis Mavs.
              Terry: 20pts, 7/9fgs, 4/6 3pters.
              Marion: 16pts, 3reb, 8ast.
              Butler: 12pts, 2reb, 6ast.
              Dampier: 10pts, 10reb.
              Kidd 6pts, 1reb, 11ast, 3t/os, 3/6fgs.

              Trajans Mavs.
              Dirk: 45pts, 9reb, 3ast, 17/27fgs, 0/1 3pts, 11/11fts.
              Butler: 30pts, 6reb, 1ast, 2stl, 1blk, 12/19fgs, 4/9 3pts.
              Haywood: 12pts, 11reb, 1blk.
              Kidd: 9pts, 3reb, 16ast, 6t/os.
              Marion: 7pts, 7reb, 1ast.
              Terry: 6pts, 1reb, 2ast, 2/10fgs, 2/4 3pters.

              Observations:
Both Dirks dominated the game as evidenced by their stats.
both dirks played as aggressive but there were some subtle differences.. Rashidi's Dirk was in the low post more, utilized post moves more.
Trajans Dirk was in more pick n roll situations.
Both Dirks faced up and launched plenty of J's.
But I noticed twice when rashidi's dirk got drove himself inside, he would then run back out and pull up. This could be due to the low inside shooting tendency.
This does occur in 2k with face up jump shooting bigs though. regardless of tendency.

Trajans Butler was hot. he lauched lots of 3's which is uncharacteristic of Butler. but he was feeling it so....
However. His 3pt tendency is set at last seasons click so Trajan, feel free to lower it to 20. Admittedly I havent adjusted tendencies for a couple of months now. Some players may be outdated. but mostly its fine.
              Rashidi's Butler was cold. 4/15fgs.
Both Kidds looked similar. however Trajans looked the more aggressive playmaker, but also struggled to shoot. Ironically. Trajan's Kidd has lower shooting tendencies. [8 mid and 30 3pts compared to rashidi's 14mid and 50 3pts.]
I think rashidi's Kidd tendencies are more updated though. As again, I havent updated rosters in months. and kidd has taken more 3's this season than ever before.

Rashidi's claim that Trajan's roster is a pound it inside fest is obviously a biased statement as well. his team scored more PIPs.
Just because My inside tendencies are high, doesnt mean teams will pound it inside. it means what it says. the tendency that player has of shooting WHEN HE HAS THE BALL IN THAT AREA. not how often the team wants to pass it there.

              anyway. good game.

both dirks played as aggressive but there were some subtle differences..

Just because My inside tendencies are high, doesnt mean teams will pound it inside. it means what it says. the tendency that player has of shooting WHEN HE HAS THE BALL IN THAT AREA. not how often the team wants to pass it there.

                    anyway. good game.
Obviously Nog the great..what can i say more than this?

and the only way to really end this debate is if rashidi releases a complete spreadsheet (ratings/tendencies/coach profiles) so that all of us 2k10 gamers can compare and contrast.. and then we can join whichevers bandwagon..
im guessin the pc/ps3 users make up around 50% of the nba 2k10 community but as of now, ur not givin us much of a choice but to side wit trajan..
completely agree. The only way to judge is to get both spreedsheets leaving to the ps3 / pc community the chance to try and compare them.
                      So why not?

because no one has the time or patience to do that.

ACTUALLY, nogster.... let's look at the stats you posted.

                            Rashidi / Trajan
                            49/89 FGS 43/86.
                            55% 50%
                            17/18 FTS 24/27
                            23 FLS. 13
                            46 PIP 36.

Team Rashidi committed 10 more fouls which lead to more FTA and thus fewer FGA for Team Trajan, ultimately leading to fewer points in the paint. 23 of Rashidi's 49 FG were paint (47%), whereas 18 of Trajan's 43 FG were paint (42%).

If Trajan's Mavs were matched up against Trajan's Mavs, they would have gone to the line significantly less, and thus had more PIP (since the paint IS where most fouls take place, after all).

Likewise, more fouls on Team Trajan's end would have lead to fewer PIP for Team Rashidi. It would have turned those FGM into FTA.

This is just confirming what I said to begin with.

(Additionally, how many of Trajan's fouls were intentional and non-shooting?).

                            MVP: Rashidi's DIRK: 40pts, 15 rebs, 5ast, 2stl, 16/30fgs, 0/2 3pters, 8/8fts.
Rashidi's Dirk took 30 FGA and 8 FTA (.266 ratio)
Trajan's Dirk took 27 FGA and 11 FTA (.407 ratio)
Real Life Dirk (37 mpg) avgs 18.5 FGA and 7.2 FTA (.391 ratio)

One of these Dirk's was getting fouled the proper amount.

By the way, do you still think the Commit Foul tendency has no effect on the gameplay?

PLUS, oh man, Trajan only managed 13 fouls despite boosted foul sliders and an overtime??? Imagine if this were on the defaults!

Meanwhile two players on team Rashidi fouled out! That's 12 fouls alone between two players.
