hey next time you look at the mavs, can you take a look at where Dirk is getting the rock?
also he only shot 10x and 8 attempts came in the fourth.
but he didnt post up at or behind the ft line like irl.

Neon, get back to me about my slider and ratings changes that I talked about earlier. And the Bucks situation.

You probably will have to put the hands slider back once the roster with all the hands edits gets up. Im already basically chopping them in half so dropping the globals on top might make it a dropped ball fest.

The Bucks....I dont know maybe i'll check it out after i get a chance. It might be all the attack slider balances.

After i changed the tempos up i left the attacks untouched...dunno maybe they need to be balanced. Ill check it out.

Oh...I wanted to suggest a ratings drop for Andris Biedrins? He has not been the same since coming back from injury. He has lost all confidence, can't score, gets about half as many rebounds as last year and is the worst FT shooter in the league. Turiaf is going to take the starting C spot IRL.

You have NO IDEA how bad i wanted to make this dude a 13% FT shooter, just because of the awesomenss of his futility at the line this year.

Instead a put him at 32

What about Shaq's dunk ratings? Like I said, I changed it to 70/80 before the Bucks game, and he wasn't Dwight Howard-esque. He did get a tip dunk, which isn't unrealistic to any extent.

I think 80 may even be low for Shaq's Standing Dunk rating.

My only concern is him getting alley oops, which really isnt happening at this stage, but its cool. I think his Standing may be ok at 75-80, but maybe keep his actual dunk rating lower?

Well, I think it's the Dunk rating that allows him to get tip dunks and alley-oops. Shaq does still catch alley-oops; I've seen quite a few this season.

I'll experiment with 70 Dunk and 85 Standing Dunk later today. If 85 turns out to be too high, I'll stick with 80-82.

One more thing... what determines how often a player will jump into the defender and get a contact animation when I post up and hit the Left Trigger, then shoot? Is it Draw Fouls tendency?

If so, Shaq's (and probably everyone's for the most part) needs to be drastically lowered. I hate seeing him collide with the defender in the air like Dwyane Wade or something, when IRL, he goes straight up.

Yeah, thing is your also worried about not enough fouls. If you lower the draw contact, especially drastically, there wont be any fouls.

Theres really nothing (that i know of) that i can do about animations. It seems like the only made one animation for the draw contact (which is pretty stupid).

I havent seen any other animation for this, besides that one (which i also hate).

Use 70-100-65-95-100 for fouls settings and you will have all the fouls you want.
And I don't have any problem with Neon's dunk scale,Shaq doesn't dunk every time he's in the paint,the same Howard.

But he never dunked at all for me unless it was uncontested. Shaq should still be able to post up and dunk over guys occasionally.

See, I am getting TONS of fouls. Played two games this morning using the latest updates, and I was over the limit in the first quarter with 6 min left.

The CPU offense is KILLING me. I just started playing on HoF difficulty and the CPU is consistently hitting upwards of 60% and scoring 30+ points per quarter on me. I know the Warriors defense is pretty bad, but they aren't quite that bad.

The other problem that I am having is game tempo. I am playing on game speed 40 and I purposely played slow paced teams for testing, expecting to see noticeable difference between their play styles and the Warriors....and that just wasn't the case. Both teams that I played were shooting early in the shot clock (10 sec or less) nearly every time down the floor, likely the cause for the high scoring.

Also the And-1 plays are out of control, I am getting like 3-4 per QUARTER right now.

Anyway I am sure that some of this is that I need to practice of the new difficulty. Also- Corey Maggette's free throw looks good as D. Williams. The one he is at right now (Turkoglu I think) isn't even close to what he does in real life.

If you run a lot,the cpu will do the same.
If you leave spaces,the cpu will use them.
And don't play on hall of fame:Neon suggests Pro,I'm having a blast on all star.

I'd say occasionally, not rarely. I should probably see it maybe once every two games or so.

Ok...I had a crazy drama filled day. Massive layoffs at my job and apparently i fell victim. Just got my laptop back with my database from crazy lady.

Bad news: I have no job.

Good news (for you jerks :P) ias that these rosters will be association ready most likely by or before the end of the weekend.
