    Welcome to hex editing...

there are tons of guides in my blog and other oser's like portlandblazer and yanks126ws.
Thanks, and I'll keep that in mind, but I never posted a question more than once and only quoted myself to let people know I no longer need help. It won't happen again. I don't want to be on anyone's ****list.

    I appreciate the info.

Hey guys, so I'm sure this is old news to most of you, but I just figured out how to add jersey slots for teams by taking them away from other teams. But I can't figure out how to change the names of the jerseys. For instance, I added a slot to the Nets and gave them their home Dr J throwbacks, which I know are their Retro 1 (H). But Since I replaced the Warriors Retro 4 ALT (A), that is what it says under the jersey. I know it is possible to change the names, because I've seen that seanbarkley has renamed some "Back in Black" in the SiM-WoRLD roster. I've tried scrolling through the right side looking for jersey names, with no luck. If anyone could explain to me how to do it, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Someone PMed me about how to switch the jersey slots, so I figured I post my response here for anyone else that is curious.

I actually gave them 3 extra slots so I could have both home and away versions of the Dr J and Petrovic throwbacks. What I did was change the last three Warriors jersey codes with the Nets throwback codes, and in the spot where you edit the team colors for the individual jerseys I replaced the Warriors' hex code with the Nets' hex code on the Warriors' last three slots.

This page has the team hex code and tells you how to find where to edit team colors in the first post...

Hokupguy, any new finds with fixing black arms, were you ever able to do more than one at a time? Also did you ever find 70s bill Walton? When I put his CF numbers in I think I just got the exact same one from the DLC

i will post the uni type name hex codes when i get a chance tonight or tomorrow dont have them on me. This why you can change the name of the uni but not the order that it appears.

Some what i didnt have as free of weekend that i thought it was going to have. But i was able to find why this is happening it is clearly bug in the roster. So no way around the one a time, but i found that the roster/game tricks the player png file where the face and skin is located to think it has a alpha again.

Based on reading the file you will be able to do thing with all players need. But the part that makes it this way seems to be hidden bytes. So i think it will be possible to cut and paste player info from one roster with these players to any roster threw REDitor.

I have yet to get a chance to test with REDitor we might be able to just turn something on to get the arm color right but i dont think so.

Last yr there was a hidden Bill Walton from 2k9 when he had beard with the blazers. You can look at my hidden players list from last yr. I am not sure if that i diff player code.

Not me. I switched slots with regular teams, no CATs. And I haven't uploaded anything to 2k share. I don't plan on upping anything either, just want to learn how to tweak some things to my own personal taste.

All of them? As far as I know, 2k doesn't have have two different home unis, one with white socks, shoes and, accessories and another with them all black for teams like the 6ers, Bulls, Blazers, etc.

lol I wasn't saying that, all I said was he didn't re-name the heat jersey, it already says "back in black" on the normal 2k roster
