so it looks like to get short shorts for other teams you would have to change for example the 86 bulls unis to another teams unis and then change the name of the 86 bulls and change the arena, colors for accessories etc... beyond the teams that already have short shorts only 10 others could be potentially exported using one of the bulls teams 10 times. so a full roster of short shorts doesnt look likely. hopefully you can figure out sock color.

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
Sorry dont mean to bump my own thread but made more discovers . I found that it is possible to put real unis and use real logo for create a teams. And also you can recolor the unis and logo it takes time but is can be done. Found this out by tring to use a cat and there court in a real arena. See pics below"yes this on the xbox", good night.
bucks logo on a c-a-t court and know back to purple and green mid late 90's look also the unis. i dont think i can remove the logo from the uni with out missing it up.

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
i am hope for small help for pc folks but i think we have better chance of getting a tool from finn for 2k11. What i am really tring to do is find a way to get your 99-00 C-A-T Nuggets and Bucks into the Pepsi Center and Brandley Center. Like i did with the Magic in N.O. Arena.
definitely hope pc folks see this and share info with vlad(reditor guy) if he isnt already working on all this. i think chances of vlad adding to a future version of his 2k11 reditor > anthing coming from finn. there has been talk about trying to add/edit/convert/etc 360 files in the reditor program. hopefully both looking at what can be done.Comment

this all off the roster save. the bucks teams is off portlandblazers 99-00 roster.
Coming home early from work office has no power due to a storm.(thank god for my laptop). I will try to prefect the bucks and do something with his cat 99-00 nuggets. I am still trying to have them play in the proper area bucks in bradley center and nuggets at pepsi center."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Just downloaded the Hex Workshop and Modio, I'm going to see what I can discover as well. I figure the more hands we have doing this, the more things we can come up with.Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
Ok so i finally found out how to get the CAT teams in to the right arenas i want but there is a catch. What i found is that all CAT and D league teams use the same arena in the game. So if you have more then 1 created team you would have to have more then one save file or change the arena each time you play with the hex editior. Pics of Bucks and Nuggets in there right arena with CAT court and edited real logo's
Portlandblaze if you want the file send me a pm. I am going to see if i can move coach's around that my next thing."Never say never, because limits are like fears and they are often just an illusion."-M.J.Comment

Re: editing roster w/ hex editor?
So will you be releasing some of the pairing that you have found that work well for arenas, the names, etc. and giving instructions? I'd love to incorporate some of them into the roster project I am working on, and I'm sure others would enjoy it as well. No classic teams but just updating current teams to have in game what should be in the game.Comment
