I find it shocking that 2K used the words "poor, average, good, and great" to factor in to the overall of a player, because these are obviously opinion based and seem to be more of tendencies to me. Any thoughts on this from him?
Dont know if he has edited them, but to me, they are just attributes repositioned under a new clasiffication as they are more related to enabling animations ... depending on the position of a player, the abilities importance and weight on overalls vary.

Anyways, be certain that when he has a say on them, you will know.

Does Rashidi have a .doc file for the edits that are already done? Like what ratings he changed for those players? If he's willing to send one out, I would greatly appreciate it.

I would like to be able to make those changes on another file since his roster isn't Association ready.

They will not operate as tendencies as they only affect the quality of the moves, not the frequency.

                  -----

sorry, rookies will be posted along the others, once edited.

                  -----

sorry and thanks, but will not use any other roster as a base since they all are missing the official rookies, which is the only reason that interest me.

He always edit freelance tendencies and makes them more accurate.

Sorry, he doesnt share them that way, only through 2kshare you can access to them and on the sporadic and rare occassions he post them on his blog.

Once a more significant amount of players is posted, will update the list of edited players in another post. Also, once I have any update on the other console status, will let you all know. Keep in touch !

I haven't touched my 360 in a few days so I haven't gone through each player to personally update their accessories but by all mean go ahead.

I'm not sure if I'll be getting on this weekend but I uploaded the roster here so if you want the roster now you can just use one of the programs to transfer the file to your 360.

There has been another 360 roster update (check bellow). While there are only very few new players added to the list, due to him discovering an error in one of his scales - that has been dragged for the past 3 years -, all players were re-edited. Therefor, some overalls reflect a slight variation from past post.

Running List of NBA 2K12 Rating Edits

I've been going through NBA 2K12 and making my customary rating edits, and will list all my changes here. This season I've been releasing the bulk of my ratings via Twitter, where you can follow my updates in real time.

If you are new to this blog, I come up with my NBA 2K edits using various sources Basketball-Reference (most accessible source of "standard" Advanced Statistics, a staple site for any true basketball fan), Hoopdata (most accessible source of shot zone data), 82games (mainly for lineup data and clutch stats), Synergy Sports (video of any play from 2011 season, coupled with extremely advanced stats), Draft Express (scouting, especially for rookies), and anything else I can get my hands on (many of these sites didn't exist when I first started editing for NBA 2K3 back in 2002).

FILE NAME: The Real NBA 2K12 [10-14-11]
                            360 GT: Real 2K Insider

                            PS3: Currently unavailable
                            WII: Currently unavailable
                            PC: Currently unavailable

The file is NOT association ready at present time. Rookie contracts have not been edited yet (and I question the merit in doing so before a new CBA is reached). Hopefully things will be up and running by the time the season is ready to start. I have not touched any tendencies, playbooks, or team sliders yet. There are 400+ players to edit.

Also, he is requesting suggestions on who to address next, giving preference to players under contract and then to those FA that can inmediately come in once the lockout ends, those with a lockout optout clause in their oversea contracts.

I'm not sure if I'll be getting on this weekend but I uploaded the roster here so if you want the roster now you can just use one of the programs to transfer the file to your 360.

I dont share his stance on this specific matter at all, but for whatever reason he doesnt likes to see copies of his rosters posted on 2kshare ... if you could limit sharing his hex edited files to only this way, it would be better.

I am all for accesories onpointness but honestly, unless it is an easy thing to do (am on PS3, so I dont know anything about hex editing), it seems overwhealming to do the same edits for each and everyone of his updates.

Ultimately, go with what suit you best. Thanks.

It's actually not that hard, all I did was copy and paste from hyperballers21 hex edits(with a couple tweaks) and combine it with rashidi's roster.

As long as he is receiving credit, I don't get the big deal. Don't want to be rude but sounds like a diva. so I guess I'll just have that link and not upload it.
