I just successfully downloaded and resigned the "Jordan Jordan" NBA 2k13 custom roster (that was on the PS3 editing tool thread) using PS3 Xploder so that it would work on my PS3. So we know there is a way to resign the 2k13 and 2k12 rosters -- even if it is a tool you have to pay for. Might be worth letting Vlad know about the PS3 Xploder -- he may know how it works.

So, since we can now successfully rehash and resign, essentially we (PS3) are just missing two things:
- the unencrypting of the files
- an editing tool

We have been missing these usefull tools and wanting a part of such heaven since ever ... I bet that there should be some computer programmers geniouses or something alike within the PS3 community that may be willing to work in conjuction with Vlad to help us get this out ... granted, there are things more important irl, but I guess that any help should speed the process a bit.

A question Vlad, since we can r&r, can we hex edit PS3 files ? would they open or do the encrypt kicks in and blocks it ? ... that would be a temporary alternative until your exponentially expanded and almost unrestricted more user friendly reeditor can be released.

In all honesty, thanks for consider us, the always forgotten PS3 users ... hopefully we can help you help us.

To kind of answer my own post ...

we cant see any of the data like jerseys because there is no file to open for that...the xbox peeps use usb xplorer to get a .ROS file and they can get everything...ps3 files just wont let us do that..i think u guys r mis understanding the hex editing part..the only thing that ps3 useres can hex edit is the year/game year..thats it..there is no file in the folder that lets us access all the good stuff

so, no hex editing ...

Has anyone found a fix for the zombie crowds?
I am getting silent crowds with regular type 0 teams now.

i have narrowed the problem down to ARENAS though. When you assign a classic arena to a regular team it happens.

Have there been any updates on reditor for 2k13? I know that there was some talk recently that the beta would be going out soon, but I can't find anything particularly recent.

who said that ? the beta never goes public , the beta is used by team of folks that help vlad on the pc and me on the 360. We are looking at the Jan /Feb 2013 at earliest release.

i need some help with this: when i tr to buy the full versin for reditor 2 it says i cannno buy it, first it says i need internet connnection, which i already have and the it syas it cannot make a visible window modal, what should i do?

Asterix, do you have an anti-virus, or -spyware program running? I believe some of these can interfere with Reditor.

@Beast10, by using Western Union or PayPal allows, customers are better protected from fraud and identity theft than simply using a debit or credit card.

Sorry... I have not been on here in a while. I have been searching but cannot find... Has the black arm fix for 2K13 been found yet? Great to here that Reditor is still going strong.

How do we edit the color the crowd is wearing?

Also in the reditor what does parameters (arena tab), someID1 and someID2 mean?

@mo2, are you using a default team GID eg 0-29? Because if so, I don't know how to. Hok stated that crowd-color changes for those IDs must be done with a base roster before any editing.

If the issue is not with one of those GIDs, try changing the teamcolor1 & 2.

I don't recall the purpose of those IDs.
