Okay,

After playing about 4-5 games with my buddy...I'm loving it! Finally going to sit down and take a look at player potential. Got a BIG OLE spread sheet printed off where I'll be charting how players OVL rating end up.

Will post results when done for optimal edits (probably Thur/Fri).

Remember after I make the edits the overall will obviously fluctuate a little bit but it would be nice to see where the current potentials have players ending up!

Just like to chime in about how excited I am to hear that Bedwardsroy19 is doing another roster edit set. Unfortunately due to finances, I don't foresee getting the game until Christmas, but I can say to anyone that didn't try his set for 2k12 that it made an otherwise virtually unplayable game, quite enjoyable. I'm still doing a dynasty for 2k12 as we speak and am in my third season. Without his roster I probably would have stopped playing this game months ago.

Truly excited and can't wait until I get the game and hopefully already have edited rosters waiting.

Yup yup you can use this as a nice base line to start from so when further tweaks are made, they're easier...esp for the guys whose OVL will not be changed.

Also, I'm taking a look at POT for older players this year more in depth. I found that the potential edits we made across the board last year were great...the only drawback was veterans seemed to decline in ability too dramatically. I remember by year 4 of my association, Tony Parker was like a 72...which I don't forsee happening. I'm going to look and see what I can come up with that would mirror a more realistic decline.

I am going to try my best to make it as accurate as possible.

That part really sucks. I will most likely just try to get the shoe type right for every player. Might be the best we can do. As far as actual accessories, I'll let you know as soon as I do.

I won't get into that for another week or so though just as I try to determine how I am editing attributes.

When you edit shoes... Will you have it set where they change for Home & Away? Like Durant for example...

If it is possible, yes I definitely will. Want it to be as realistic as possible. I just havent even looked at equipment edits yet.

Bed and fellas... What will be done with the equipment? Since we don't have the Home/Away option again!!

Well, that's annoying. I got pretty tired of having to go in and change Durant and Westbrook's leg accessory colors. I know it's not a Thunder specific issue, but that's my main team. Just wish they would've added this.

Just bought the game, though, and every thing I've heard about the game play is positive. Can't wait for these rosters.

Dude... You should get in contact with Bedwardsroy about implementing your accessory changes into his roster!! That way us PS3ers can have one awesome, awesome roster!

If you would like to do the shoes/accessories I would love to have you aboard. The shoes look like a lot to deal with and would love to have help.

Sounds like you actually can export by creating a team, uploading it to 2K Share, downloading the team, then releasing the players.

Okay sounds good, we can talk more in depth of how we want to do this. Lets start out with you doing shoes and accessories for all players and then we will possibly add contracts on to your workload depending on how long accessories take.

Hey everybody else out there, does anybody know if you can offline file share in this game? I know you couldnt without a hacked PS3 in 2K12 what about 2K13?
