Hey, I'm waiting for this one too!

Question: Are you going to give all players their own shoes? If so, will you be creating some shoes from scratch/editing some existing ones? Would it cause any problems if guys here don't have these shoes on My Shoes? I mean, everyone has certain shoes they have created/edited, but this roster update will probably include different ones. As far as I understand, shoes are saved under Settings, so maybe we need a setting file?

I don't really know much about this, just trying to make sure there are no issues caused by the shoes.

The only problem is I know in 2K12 we could not even share settings files so I am not entirely sure how that will work out in 2K13 because I don't know about offline file sharing.

The one thing that bugged me the most personally about my last roster was the fact the shoes didnt look great in association mode because when players switched teams I used a lot of custom colors.

I am thinking at least, in this game I may just try to make the shoes as accurate as possible without using custom colors. When I learn more about the shoe editor I will have a better answer but last time I talked to Angel_G he was going to be doing the accessory and shoe edits so he may do it differently. If he doesn't respond though Ill just go ahead and do it my way.

I get that people are really obsessive about the details like shoes but...

Alright I'm a little bored, so lets have some fun...

Here are my initial PG rankings. I will post some teaser rankings 2K style. All OVR's are subject to change when we get a solid base and depending on how my testing goes but I figure I'll let you guys start to debate!

Here are the top 20:




Important to remember:

The difference between OVR points is not much. Many people are very close to cracking the top twenty and a few are even tied for the last spot so don't get to worked up about initial ratings

For what it's worth, I'd wait until more 2nd rounders are in. Would prefer Shved, Teletovic and others in there properly rather than CAPs, but that's just me. I'm nowhere near used to the new controls to start an Association anyway! Also, forgive my ignorance but what is this magical sock fix everyone is waiting for? Has 2K said they're fixing it, or are we hoping it will be done? Surely were not waiting on a maybe?!?

Paul George an 82 while Harden and Ginobli are only an 84? Not sure about that. He is being rated on potential alone.

Defense is a little more highly rated in this game in terms of determining overall.
