Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
Michigan has a chance to be special next season, and I think he sticks around to be apart of that.
Besides, this class is loaded with good wing prospects, so I think if he came out this year he'd be overshadowed by guys like McLemore, Muhammad, Oladipo and possibly Goodwin, at least from an NBA perspective. Probably why DraftExpress has him in their 2014 mock and not the 2013.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
thanks thanks thanks, did my research online, and your's is definitely the one i'll be going with. I also would investigate Bezel's class but that will require alot of simming, which I don't really do often, but maybe I will later.
The one thing that threw me off on d'ling this immediately was it's suggestion to use with Bedwards roster. I'm starting my association with the 2k update from 11/1/2012 that shows the rosters at start of the season. I'm hoping that your draft class being tailored to some other custom rosters won't nuke my association. Does anyone have experience using this draft class (v3) with a roster similar to mine?Last edited by @legendm0de; 02-24-2013, 07:25 PM.Red LegendComment

The biggest issue you will have is the players in this class with turn out to be significantly disadvantaged in both progression and touches compared to the default rated players. The tailor made potential and tendencies edits mean prospects progress and a steady rate, and decline appropriately, as opposed to the default rosters which see every team with a starting 5 of 80+ players.
You'll have guys like Muhammad and Noel progressing relatively slower than average vets like Roddy Beaubois or Isaiah Thomas.
Not only that, but the touches the players get are specifically scaled according to the rosters bed puts out. You will see them get less touches as 2Ks roster have high touches than beds/chiliads.
As someone suggested, maybe use beds roster from the start of the year, or use the most recent one, and spend a little time manually trading/assigning players back to their opening night rosters according to a website detailing day-by-day player transactions and save a copy of the roster as a base. That way you'll have players that were callups and signings mid season available in FA at the start of the year.Last edited by dragula15; 02-25-2013, 05:37 AM.Comment

Also, with Florida, they have a duo of star recruits coming in next year in PG Kasey Hill and F Chris Walker. Whether they come out in 2014 or 2015, I'm positive that they will come out together. They became friends and Walker committed to Florida after Hill convinced him that they could team up and win.FLORIDA GATORS

Ah yes...the general thoughts from fans of the teams they root for. As for 2014...my class was made a long time ago but meshes with beds roster and chiliads 2013 class.Comment

I'm nearly done with the 2014 class i'm working on if people were wondering, but I have a ridiculously busy next few days - University starts on Monday in Australia, and I have a music festival Saturday, KISS/Motley Crue Sunday and Deep Purple Monday. If I have a spare second over the weekend I'll try finish it off for you guys to check it out.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
Quick update:
It's 1:20 am here in Australia, so I'm heading to bed, I have only 10 prospects out of the 70 left to do for 2014...looking good so far.
Like I said earlier I'm not doing the full 80.
I'm out of the house all day at a festival, but should get some time if I'm not too overwhelmed by seeing Metallica liveComment
