Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
Just read his post and some players are still missing from his v3. @dragula did you have Crabbe, McDermott, etc in your class that way I can create them on Chiliads class.List of the best Shoe Creations found on the OS Shoe Vault Discussion Thread

Yeah I agree with starting your own thread. Also, you've done a lot already from what I saw going through all of your options. If you were to start your own thread you could get some notoriety and such. Or who knows maybe you could team up with someone like Chiliad to ease the work load for 2 people who are working towards a common goal of an awesome draft class experience for Beds roster!Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
I think I might be done playing 2k for this year because the show is coming out, but next year I'll make my own thread. Also, for any of you who play the show, I'm going to make a roster with first round picks like I did last year. Thanks for your advice and good luck with your franchises.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
Hey Bbush, i checked out your roster. Its pretty good, but i have a few problems with it. You don't have to fix it or anything but just gonna let you know for next time.
Your sig skills are off for A LOT of players, and not only that you put too much. For example, Smart IS NOT a dimer + floor general (i've watched every game). Most suitable sigs for him are scrapper, hustle points, pick pocket, and interceptor. And he is the ONLY player that i would give that many to, simply because he's that good. Also, staying with Smart, your ratings are also off with him as you have him as a good jump shooter and horrible on defense, which is the complete opposite.
Another thing concerning the sig skills are the ones you put on rookies that should be reserved for the stars in the league. For example, Noel is a good defender, but does not deserve a defensive anchor yet (look at what 2k did with Davis even though he was an even better defender). Also, the 4th sig skills should not put assigned to any rookie let alone 4, such as Oladipo, Carter-Williams, Porter, and Muhamad. Only a few players in the NBA have one, and no rookie should have one no matter what.
And the problem with messing up in sigs is that if you put too many you can't remove them (at least that i know of). So if you mess up and put to much (and in your case its a lot and with very effective sigs to top it off) it makes the class almost unplayable (at least for me) even though you put so much work and ratings are pretty good. So next time, (and this should be for every draft editor) in the case of assigning sigs less is better and make it up to the person who downloaded it wether they want to add ones you were unsure of.
Faces were good (don't know if you did them), signatures were pretty decent, and ratings for the most part were good and relative to sort of were 2k puts rookies at (unlike idiots who upload rookies with an 85 overall lol).Last edited by HuRRiCaNeS27; 03-04-2013, 11:12 PM.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
hey chiliad you have a really nice class but like he said I was wondering about the signature skills that you gave to the players...I noticed that mclemore didnt get any but I think that as good as he is he should atleast have one skill. If you dont want to add any thats fine but could some people give me some suggestions for skills to give some of the players that they dont already have or players that maby dont need themComment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
Yeah in the 2013 one i put out the day before Chiliad released his actual Version 3, i had guys mentioned above in my 2013.
However, i'm nearly finished my 2014 one and it also includes those guys if you dont have an issue using Chiliad's 2013, and then my '14 one since in the end you'll have the desired players. I would always advise using whatever Chiliad puts out over any one elses.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
with Chiliads blessing, I literally just added and subtracted to/from his 2013 class with the recently hyped prospects. That said, it was before Oladipo exploded so his rating is lower than you might want. I didn't make any drastic rating changes to Chiliads existing CAPs.
So it's basically the same as his older 2013 one, with the addition of guys like Bennett, McLemore, Mcdermott etc added. Also I removed Steven Adams, Adonis Thomas and Mike Moser among a couple others because most mocks have then coming out in '14.
So for the 2014 I'll release soon, Steven Adams is in that class. That meshes perfectly with the 2013 one I put out, but is a duplicate with Chiliads 13.
If you use my 13, you have no problems. If you use Chiliads 13, you'll just have to edit down Steven Adams from either the 2013 or 14 class so you don't have a double up .Last edited by dragula15; 03-06-2013, 06:15 AM.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
That will be the only duplicated,'and is easy enough to fix by essentially 'deleting' him from whichever class you prefer, '13 or '14 so the CPU or yourself don't draft him in successive years.Last edited by dragula15; 03-07-2013, 02:55 AM.Comment

Re: chiliad's NBA 2K13 Draft Classes (PS3)
ON THAT NOTE,
I've finished 2014 and uploaded it to 2K Share:
2014 Draft (Beds OS v2)
PSN: dragula15
There are 72 fully finished prospects, and 8 ovr 25, age 49 caps you can either edit yourself or leave to retire in FA after year one. They all have the name '.' so you don't accidentally draft them.
I'm unlikely to make further edits unless certain not included players emerge, or others shoot up mocks. Also, given its two drafts away and a lot of people haven't got a solid idea of who will come out for the draft in two years time, I don't particularly want a debate of 'x player should/shouldn't be included because as a fan of y college I think they'll stay/leave".
I've literally just looked at a few mocks and almost just combined them to have a variety of players. There are also more international players in my draft, which carries uncertainty with them as they are generally younger and even though are eligible to come over in '14, in real life might stay in Europe. That is for you to maybe simulate a draft n stash scenario within your association. That is what I'll be doing.
Also I made this to complement Chiliads but had started it before he updated his 2013 class, so that is why my '14 includes Steven Adams as a double up since he's in Chiliads '13. Simply edit him down and rename them from either class you choose so you only end up with one of Him. I prefer him in 2014 IMO. Steven Adams is more likely to leave for '14 as he will be one of the top Center prospects in that class, rather than maybe being a middle of the pack first round pick in '13.
Here are the 72 prospects
