I hope I don’t sound arrogant by saying this but I have the ability to do just about everything on the court and have no problem doing any and everything that the coach asks me to do. I like to penetrate but I can hit the outside jumper. If I had to narrow it down, I would say that I am a defensive stopper. I love playing defense and shutting down the opposition. The first thing I learned to do when I was young was play on ball defense. As far as Redd goes, he seems to be a jack of all trades. He is a proficient post player with finesse but also he’s also very powerful. He really dominated down low in the championship game and all season. I think what makes him so special is his ability to hit the mid range jumper with such consistency. Dre Redd: My play style? I would say Shaq mentality meets young KG skill but better! I try to be humble but then DR(as my alter ego is affectionately known) speaks up lol. Bishop has a VERY nice game. Smooth effortless scorer. Very confident like myself but in a different way. Everyone thinks he's so wholesome but you should've heard some of the trash talk he threw my my way. Loved every second of it.

Your name sounds familiar. Aren’t you that YouTube guy that posts all those sick videos?? Anywho, thank you for concern. Since the National Championship game, people seem to be down on my ability. That’s fine. I have had worse things said about me. I think people fail to realize that basketball is as much a mental game as much as it is physical. I don’t like to make excuses but I honestly wasn’t all there mentally for the game. I do think that it hindered my ability but so is life. All that I can say is that if teams pass on me because of that game, I plan to make them pay… Randy Moss style.

To be real with you man, I just want to play ball. I watched Brandon play when I was younger and I love his game. I think I have the skill set to fit in to any offense to be totally honest with you. I’m willing to come in off of the bench but I really feel like I am ready to come in and contribute right away. We are still in the early stages but after my family fell victim to the before mentioned tragedy, I really felt an obligation to do this. More info will be available in the near future but I just wanted to say that I will be donating 5 percent of my rookie year salary to the foundation.
As far as who I am looking forward to playing against…. Dre Redd for starters. I definitely want to get a little revenge for the national championship game. As far as current players… I would love to play against Kevin Durant. He is one of the best pure scorers that I have ever seen and as I stated previously, I get my joy from being successful on the defensive side. I also can’t wait to play against Lebron James as I feel he may end up being the best player of all time.

Chris Bishop: I think that maybe I have been around Dre Redd too long today but I am going to skip on saying the politically correct thing here. I feel like I will have no problem making the transition to the NBA game. I am a smart player and have the physical attributes of an NBA superstar. I think that the hardest part will be getting used to the increased amount of pressure that I will have as a professional athlete. When you come in as the next "superstar" for a team, people expect you to walk on water sometimes. I mean, look at Lebron James and how the fans and the media treated him. Ultimately, this is the life that we choose as professional athletes and I truly think that I will be fine.

Dre Redd: Kid is scary good. I think people may be sleeping on him because of how Bishop and I have been getting so much attention. He has good size and in the summer we got a chance to play some together. I was surprised at how much of a student of the game he was. There can only be one rookie of the year though and that trophy is being held for me. Bishop and Stephen will have to fight it out for number two. Sorry guys.

After playing in the national championship game and coming up short, I really got the chance to realize how bad I wanted it. I have received individual awards and honors these past few years at Cincy and as nice as that is, I want to know what it feels like to be considered the best. I want to be a champion… I NEED to be a champion.

As far as teammates, I just want teammates that know how to and want to do anything that will help the team to win. Monte Andrews came in as a freshman this year and although he more so a 2, he was willing to take on point guard duties for the betterment of the TEAM. He is such a team player and I honestly think that he made me better. Specifically, I would not like to play with a JR Smtih type chucker. I don’t want to play with a ball player that is a “black hole” where the ball stops every time they touch it. I would love to play with Rajon Rondo or any kind of player that has the ability and is willing to make the difficult pass to the open man at all times.

Dre Redd: Definitely winning championships! All Star is a given if you're the best player on a championship team. I want Bill Russell rings ya dig.

I need teammates that wanna win as much as I do. Championship or bust mentality. If you don't wanna win, I don't wanna play witcha. When I was growing up, my mom told me that I'd never be able to take care of myself or my family unless I changed my look. So proving her wrong, breaking down barriers and being seen as "The Greatest" is my obsession and driving motivation.

Dre Redd: I see what you're doing there Dreece. By the way, love your videos and I'm sure you will be posting more of ME in the NBA. Booth had a great showing. He honestly caught me off guard with his aggressiveness. When you are the best you bring out the best in others right? I'll see him around though.... those are the things that drive me to be better. Kudos to him for out playing me in a scrimmage though. Me and my NCAA championship lost some sleep that night. But seriously, he's gonna be a solid pickup for some team.
