Re: (XBox360) CWSapp757/Dreece NBA 2K13 Realistic Fictional Draft Classes

Whats up guys as we inch ever so closer to the release of DC6 it's time to get things started with the first half of our Draft Class Weekend presentation! Special thanks goes out to Ronyell for his help with the project, most of this wouldn't be possible without him

Following the release of DC5 me and Sapp went back to the drawing board as we tried to figure out a way to bring you even closer to the prospect created in every class and we have a few ideas that we will run across you in just a bit. Our first order of business is to get you out to to the 3point shootout and the slam dunk competition.

      3 Point Shootout

Welcome to the 3 point shootout folks we have a great group of shooters out there warming up for tonight's contest they are:
Antoine Thomas SG – Oklahoma State – So.
Alan Miller PF – Notre Dame – Sr.
      J.P. McDonald SF – Purdue – Sr.
Jermaine Harrison SG – Oklahoma – Jr.
Jerry Townsend SG – Georgia Tech – Jr.
Brandon Tinsley PG – Ohio State – So.

Dreece: Before we get to the sidelines we have a special guest with us tonight former Gonzaga PG and DC1 draftee sharpshooter Billy Joe Sterling. Billy Joe how are you on this beautiful night?
Billy Joe: I'm happy to be here. All these great players walking around this place tonight kind of gives me the goosebumps I want to suit up.

D: Yes sirrr!! The stars are definitely out tonight who are you most excited to meet tonight?
BJ: I have to say I'm interested in meeting Preston Jennings I have a nephew that attends LSU and all he keeps telling me is this kid is the wildest most interesting player he has ever seen...I'm so intrigued.

D: Hahaha let me tell you Billy that kid is a riot! As soon as he got off the team bus he grabbed his a megaphone out his bag and made this beauty of an announcement..." BATON ROUGE IN THA MUTHA ****** HOUSE!!" Then he just put his Ipod on and walked in the building like nothing happened smh..and that was just a start.

D:Who do you like to win this competition? And Why?
BJ: I haven't really seen any of these guys play but I hear alot about Alan Miller. So if you forced me to pick one I would pick him.

D: Miller is definitely one of the favorites coming into the competition he won player of the year this past season putting up big numbers and that jumper is oh so sweet. For my money I'm going to go with SG Jerry Townsend he is in my opinion the best pure shooter of the bunch and if he gets hot it's gonna be lights out!

D: Thanks for your time I gotta get ready to get outta here but I have one last question for you?

      BJ: Awwww man Cmon!!

D: I hope that's a yes...If you were in this competition how do you think you would fare?

BJ: I would wipe the floor with them! Listen here I take shooting seriously..basketballs, coyotes, bears it's all the same! These young guys always want to do things in a hurry.***n and gun I like to take my time....line up my shoot perfectly...when I pull the trigger..BANG!! You never know what hit ya.

D: You paint a very vivid picture Mr. Sterling but sorry to say it's time to go thanks for talking with us.
BJ: If you ever down in the Bayou look me up I would love to take you hunting.

D: Ummm no thanks lets get to the sideline for the introduction

          Slam Dunk Contest

Well well well finally the DC6 Slam Dunk Competition is upon us! As usual all the big name celebrities and players are here to watch the show these young high flyers have in store for us tonight the participants are:
Wayne McCloud SF – Minnesota – Fr.
Roderick Walker PF – Michigan – Fr.
Tim Romero SG – Morgan State – Sr.
          Malik Burke C – Clemson – So.

D:Sitting in studio is two players who need no introduction...former DC dunk champions Emmanuel Griffin andRussell Blackman. Gentleman thanks for joining us tonight.
RB: Thanks Dreece it's good to be here
EG: Yea it's good for yall to be in my presence.
          D: Okkk...........

D: Before I get to your thoughts on the competition I have a few questions for each of you. How has NBA life been after your dunk contest wins?
RB: It was definitely different but all I wanted to do was put on a show for the fans.
EG: Maann what kind of answer was that?!? Let me tell you it has been great!! New sneaker deal, clothing lines, actions figures, money, women...oooohhh the ladies!! You see that fine stallion standing next to your unattractive camera man...that's me!!You see that peach Bugatti parked out front?
          D: Actually no I didn't.
          EG: Well that's me too!!

D: Ok my next question is if you could change one thing about your game you could change what would it be?
RB: Wow that's a good one.
          EG: Hardly.
RB: I guess I would have to say I would be a little taller I guess. I have shown over my career so far that I'm one of the best SF in the league but I still get overlooked in my opinion because I'm not 6'8" like Melo or Lebron.
EG: I'M NOT CHANGING A **** THING! Why would I? I have made millions playing ball my way next question.

D: What player from this class would you like to be matched up against and why?
RB: Definitely Ryan Stafford. All I been hearing about is how good this kid is defensively so I would love that challenge.
EG: Can't none of these cats check me. They not about that life. Young fly and flashy ya dig!! You know what your time is up! I see few ladies over there that needs to meet ya boy. See you when I see you.

D: Some things just never change people....sorry about that Russell I definitely should've read the scouting report on that guy!
RB: (laughs) And the crazy thing is Griffin is a major talent but what you just seen has been holding him back from taking that next step.
D: Well I feel sorry for his coach.
          RB: You should smh

D: Ok Russell time is running low let me get your prediction on the dunk contest.
RB: I'm a little biased but my winner is definitely out of the Big Ten Conference lol. But I'm going to give the leg up to McCloud because he plays the same position as me...sorry Roderick.

D: There it is from one of the most humble yet explosive players in the NBA. Russell thanks again.
RB: No problem the pleasure has been all mine.

D: before I get outta here I gotta give my take. I think the battle between McCloud and Walker will be as good as advertised but I have to go with McCloud simply because he has shown in game that he has the ability to pull off flashy crowd pleasing slams and Walker is more off a dunk on you type with powerful slams that defenders might not never forget. Enough of my banter guys I will see you at our next event the "DC6 All American Game"

***NOTE*** Blackman and Griffin dunk contest can be viewed by clicking name at interview intro

Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone that may have been waiting on it today. Especially our buddy miz. Sorry man

Haha I appreciate the shoutout man, no big deal. I'm in the NBA Finals in my dynasty and have to play that and get through a 30-team control offseason before I have to load up another DC.

I'm loving the effort you guys are putting into this, the presentations, the 3 point contests and the games on youtube, very enjoyable. I love the fact that we can do our own scouting for our association. Brilliant idea and keep up the good work, I am looking forward to using these in my game.
