We don't have PS3 and we also don't know about the process of porting the classes to PS3. If someone knows how to port them over and feels up to doing it just ask Sapp for his blessings and hop to it

November 13, 2021 (As far as "Diaper Dandies go, Rasheed Ramsey is at the top of the mountain)

We knew that Rasheed Ramsey was a monster. I mean that in a good way of course. Coming out of high school, he was one of the most highly sought after players since Dre Redd and Chris Bishop several years prior. In his opening game against Donovan Strong and Northern Iowa, he had a hell of a showing and opened the eyes of many that may have doubted him. Ramsey went for 26 points and 14 rebounds in a win. When asked about how he felt about his performance after the game, he quickly yelled “This just the beginning. Stay tuned people”. When Florida State sophomore Cameron King was asked about Ramsey’s performance he said “I don’t even know what to say about the him. Most of us on the team were watching in shock just like the rest of the spectators. I knew he was good but he is just… I don’t know. I’m hyped for the season”. Florida State is one of the many stacked ACC teams and they are looking to dethrone the National Championship runner ups North Carolina. They have a long road ahead of them this is definitely a good sign of things to come. Florida State took the game 78 – 59.

November 19, 2021 (He may not be the best center in the country, but is the most exciting)

When you think about some of the games best big men the first that come to mind are guys with a great low post game and a mid range game like Olajuwon or Ewing. Not often do you see a center with the ability to score with ease not only in the paint but also everywhere else on the court. Rutgers simply didn’t stand a chance against Griffin and his hot hand. Although Griffin was only able to rack up 5 rebounds in the game, he lit Rutgers up for an impressive (and exciting) 31 points in their 72 – 69 victory over the Knights. Most impressive was Griffin going 6 – 8 from behind the arc. The Huskies are still a pedestrian 3 – 2 on the year but if Griffin can continue to perform like he did tonight, anything is possible.

December 2, 2021 (Where is Justin Copeland?)

Reports are out that a missing person’s report has been filed for North Carolina star Justin Copeland. According to a team official, Justin Copeland returned home on November 30 after the slaughter of the Iowa Hawkeyes 87 – 58. Once the team reported back to the campus, no one had any idea where Justin Copeland was. According to reports, the team’s PF and Copeland’s roommate Kurtis Holden informed Copeland’s mother on December 1 that he had not heard from Justin since the team came back from their road trip. After 24 hours passed, Copeland’s mother contacted the police. We will keep you all posted on any findings in regards to this situation.

December 2, 2021 (R.I.P. to top high school center Fernando Doggette)

Not even six hours after it was reported that Justin Copeland was missing, All American candidate high school senior and 14th ranked high school player in the country Fernando Doggette was found dead in his home town of Greensboro, North Carolina. Not many details have been released but some are reporting was stabbed in the back several times before reaching the hospital. “He was such a good dude. I don’t know who would do something like this and why they would do it to him of all people. I’m at a loss of words. I can’t believe this. I feel so bad for his family” Raleigh junior Derrick McIntyre stated. Fernando Doggette had recently made a verbal commitment to the University of North Carolina. We will release more details as they become available.

December 3, 2021 (Trouble in Chapel Hill)

A little less than 24 hours after Justin Copeland was reported missing, he arrived back on campus. Copeland wasn’t available to speak to the media but Roy Williams was. When asked about the situation, Williams stated that Copeland left the campus to “clear his mind” and that there were no details on where he was during those few days. The school released a statement that Copeland would be disciplined by the school and would be suspended for the next three games. Interestingly enough, shortly after the press conference with Williams, Copeland tweeted “Cant even trust da ni***s das spose 2 b close wit u. Snitches man. Don’t f**k wit nobody no more. Specially u. U kno who u r”. The tweet was quickly deleted but in the world of the Internet it only takes a few seconds before something becomes permanent. Kurtis Holden was asked about the tweet after people began putting two and two together. Kurtis Holden’s only response to the situation was “I play basketball. I don’t do reality shows”. Speaking of putting two and two together, many conspiracy theories have been hitting the Internet. Copeland was missing from early morning December 1 until December 3 and High school senior. Fernando Doggette was found murdered on December 2. Many have begun making accusations of Justin Copeland being attached to the murder. Of course, we will inform you if more information becomes available. Stay tuned.

January 6, 2022 (Has Syracuse found the answer to their struggles this year?)

When the season started initially, we thought that Syracuse’s best chance of reaching the tournament and making a run was through Andrew White. Well, Andrew White has proved to be a force to be reckoned with but a new star has emerged and may be shining even brighter than that of Andrew White. Pooh Lewis who barely saw the court as a freshman and sophomore has jumped on to the scene and filled a variety of roles for the Orange. The small forward has the ability to handle the ball, defend and pretty much score at will. Interestingly enough, his minutes have continued to be sporadic throughout the year but when he IS on the floor he is a dominant force. In a game against Virginia tonight, Pooh Lewis logged a season high 36 minutes and had 17 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds, 3 steals and a block. His teammate Andrew White finished with 18 points and 10 boards. While the Orange still struggle with a 9 – 6 record, the team has been nothing short of amazing when Pooh Lewis is on the court. I need to get to the bottom of why this year is the first I’m hearing of Pooh Lewis but best believe this kid is definitely an NBA talent. Syracuse won that game against Virginia 78 – 67.

January 25, 2022 (The best duo in the country may be in Houston of all places)

The theme of this year appears to be the “tag team duos” all around the country. Georgia Tech has Julian Gates and Callan Windham. Florida State has Rasheed Ramsey and Cameron King. John Marshall and John Hunter at Duke, Dante and Brendan Phillips at USC and the list goes on and on. Interestingly enough, one of the best tag team duos comes from a place that you might least expect it. In Houston, Tavon Freeman and Smiley Johnson are quietly dominating the American conference. Last night, the two before mentioned players are proving why they have the combination of the two highest rated NBA prospects (next to Windham and Gates at Georgia Tech) in the entire country. Tavon Freeman, the offensive specialist of the duo, finished with 23 points and 7 rebounds against the Bearcats of Cincinnati. Smiley Johnson contributed in other ways however. Smiley Johnson finished the game with only 9 points but that’s not what makes him so special. He also finished with 8 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 blocks, 3 steals, about 4 bruises, 2 cuts and 12 angry and frustrated Cincy Bearcats. I absolutely love with this guy brings to the game and I don’t think there is a player in the country that he couldn’t slow down. Houston took the game 68 – 58 and moved to 16 – 3 on the season.

February 14, 2022 (There's another ACC freshman making noise and he may be even better than you think)

The freshman of the year race may be locked up by Mr. Rasheed Ramsey. I mean, he is one of the most dominating players in the country and one of the most dominant big men since Dre Redd three years ago. But quietly in Georgia, there is another kid who is putting numbers almost as impressive. I got the opportunity to speak with Georgia Tech small forward Julian Gates.

                Sapp: How you feeling man?

Gates: I’m pretty good man. I can’t complain man.

Sapp: Well, I guess not. You’ve helped lead your team to an 18 and 5 record and you are one of the best freshman in the country. What’s to complain about?

Gates: It would be nice to be undefeated and the best freshman in the country.

Sapp: Well, to be fair, Ramsey may be getting the most attention but who the best is isn’t really etched in stone.

Gates: Of course. I am definitely amazed at what Rasheed Ramsey has been able to do this year though. He is so big and skilled. I am fine with being perceived as the second best freshman in the country.

Sapp But deep down, you feel that you’re the best.

Gates: *pauses* I mean, I think any great player thinks he is the best player on the court no matter who is out there with him.

Sapp: There we go. That’s what I was waiting to hear from you.

                Gates: *laughs*

Sapp: Let me ask you something. Any time you pull up for a jumper I feel like it is ALWAYS going in. I haven’t felt like that since I watched JJ Redick play at Duke more than a decade ago. How does one become such an excellent shooter.

Gates: Well, my dad was a gym rat. When I was 11 or 12 he used to bring me to the gym with him every single night. When he would work out, I would be on the court trying to play with the big boys. They usually didn’t let me play so I would just go to the other basket and shoot jump shots non stop. After about 500 or so jump shots on a daily basis you have no choice but to get good at it.

Sapp: Well, good is an understatement but I definitely get your point. Let’s talk NBA. Everyone is speculating that you and Rasheed Ramsey will be bolting for the NBA after this year. Can you confirm or deny this?

Gates: It’s always been a dream of mine to play in the NBA. Watching players like Ray Allen, I would pretend that it was me and it’s awesome that I will have the opportunity to do that in the future. Right now, me and Callan are just focused on bringing Georgia Tech a championship this year.

Sapp: You’re going to keep dancing around my question aren’t you.

                Gates: You are correct.

Sapp: Fair enough. Speaking of Callan Windham, your offensive ability has allowed him to really focus on what he does best which is play defense. How well do you think you and him work together?

Gates: Man, I absolutely love playing with Callan. He is extremely hard on me but he also constantly reminds me that he and the rest of the team have faith in me. He is a great player and a great teammate.

Sapp: I could imagine. You guys really look like you get together really well on the court.

Gates: We do. We all do.

Sapp: Alright, I always like to ask players a few questions unrelated to basketball. You ready for that?

                Gates: Of course.

Sapp: If you didn’t have an NBA future what would you be doing?

                Gates: A computer engineer.

                Sapp: Really?

Gates: Yup, I love computers and I’m always fixing one of my teammates or friend’s computers. My major is computer engineering so who knows what the future holds after the NBA.

Sapp: Ok, what is your favorite cartoon?

Gates: *singing theme* Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES HEROES IN A HALF SHELL….

Sapp: TURTLE POWER. Man, you weren’t even born when the original Ninja Turtles came out. Have you ever seen the first movies that came out in the 90s?

Gates: They had movies in the 90s?!

Sapp: Yeah man! What the… well you’re young so you are excused. Check out the first one. Ummm, stay away from the other two though. One more question and this one is related to basketball. You’re in a three point contest with Ray Allen, Larry Bird and Reggie Miller…. How does it end?

Gates: Larry Bird comes in fourth, Reggie Miller comes in third. Me and Ray have a showdown and he beats me by one basket.

Sapp: You gonna make yourself lose in your own fantasy?

Gates: *laughs loudly* Isn’t this my question? Can I have it without being ridiculed?

Sapp: I’m just saying I played Wilt Chamberlin in a one on one game in my dreams and I beat him a million to nothing.

                Gates: *laughs* I bet.

Sapp: Thanks for sitting down with me today. I wish you luck in the upcoming tournament and in your career.

                Gates: Anytime. Thanks Chris.

Justin Copeland no longer a suspect in the murder of Fernando Doggette

Justin Copeland has had a very up and down year. A down year due to the fact that he has been in the news as being a suspect in the murder of North Carolina high school center Fernando Doggette. He has had issues on and off the court with his teammate Kurtis Holden and reports are that the two are no longer roommates. The two communicate on the court when they have to but it has definitely been minimal to say the least. He has also been suspended (for three games) and has had to miss a couple of games with the team for legal reasons. Even through all of that, Justin Copeland has had an amazing season on the court and appears to be the front runner in the Defensive Player of the Year race. Well, Justin’s year may have officially gotten a little better. Reports are in that Justin Copeland is no longer a suspect in the murder of Fernando Doggette. Copeland’s old high school teammate Cameron Love appears to be the lead suspect now and there are rumblings that he has admitted to the murder of Fernando Doggette. Copeland recently posted on Twitter: “Like I said, I aint nothing bout dat s***. Got nothing 2 do wit it”. Many on the Internet are still screaming that Copeland had something to do with it but for now, he can go in to the tournament with no worries. At 22 – 2, North Carolina looks to be on their way to another 1 seed.

Now as usual, we do like to offer prizes to anyone that can correctly predict three of the four teams that make it to the final four. The results will be based off of a random number system as usual. If you are on the email list you will receive an email in a little. I know it's late and the next game is coming out soon but why not have a bit of fun until it does right. Post your Final Four predictions here in this thread. I will be posting first round scores and stats close to midnight eastern time.

I wouldn't put too much value on an All-Star Mini-Game...

So psyched for the Draft Class 8 to drop... The boys have been working hard and for the people to enjoy what we enjoy, is all the fun man... It's a great class you guys will love it...
After not posting here since I guess 2014, I found that my signature had an old slider set for FIFA 15... super awkward...
