Oh this is happening?! Oh man I'm so excited. I have a feeling that some of us, myself included are gonna learn a thing or too about building a team.

As far as predictions go I know Sapp love defense. I'm the same but from experience with 2k. Defense doesn't always win. It's gonna come down to Chip! I'm thinking rebounds are definitely gonna be key

Without looking at guys in game I don't even want to call a winner right now

Yea Sapp loves defense...but that team has a theme and he think he slick lol. But I like to ramp up the offensive intensity by being able to score from all angles...even the best defense can't consistantly guard 5 threats! Its going to be a good show and I hope y'all enjoy.

It's actually a great way to show off a lot of these guys people may not have seen too much of.

That was the main reason I asked him the question for the podcast. We both have the same mindset when it comes to team building..of course everybody do it differently but to consistantly win your team should have a theme. I'm not gonna reveal Sapp little sneaky theme to that team because when you watch it will be obvious lol.

And to be honest we both coulda filled out 3 teams under the same concept. That's how deep the PLAYER pool is. Not STARS but solid to good players. Take notice people this is free association therapy from the creators

Say for instance your starting pg can spot up and hit the three, but he's not very athletic, and is a mediocre passer. Your best bet would be to find a good/great post threat who can pass and either your SF or SG better be able to lock down his man or you will have serious balance problems. That's why we both try to cover our weaknesses up with the proper team balance.

And trust me, we don't mind sharing our knowledge with anybody...we not telling who gone be great tho

Hahaha that sounds like my starting 5 a little. Just gotta find that wing defender who can still take it strong on a cut.

Maybe I just got lucky haha, I get too tempted by all the new names at times. But I think I've identified where I need to go in the future.

So finished the third season 2014-15 with Kings. Didn't make playoffs.
Cameron did win ROY, and made 1st team All-Rookie. Augustin also made 1st team All-Rookie.
In the '15 draft had 12th pick. Took Donovan Robinson with eye on either trading or using for sixth man off bench.
FA moves:resigned Gay for 3/36M(just wasn't ready to put Augustin in starting lineup. Not sure Gay will last for full contract though.); A. Randolph 2/13.09M to start at PF; Markieff Morris 2/7.16M for bench depth.
Other League FA moves: Rondo to Bulls 3/48M(why?); Carmelo to Spurs 3/64M (Pop never allow it.)

Sent Augustin to the potential camp, and Cameron to perimeter defense.

Once new regular season for 2015-16 started I finally caved and traded Donovan/Robin Lopez for Kenneth Faried. That pushes Randolph to bench, but makes my starting five stronger. I just couldn't see Donovan and Cameron playing on same team and fighting for PG minutes.

DC2 is the loaded class.....may I ask who went picks 13-20 in that draft? And Anthony Randolph...ill lol

Also the Melo to San Antonio..didn't Popovic retire by then? He usually goes 3 seasons and be out?

Can't speak on the Rondo to the Bulls unless Rose plans on bolting..I have seen that play out quite often.

I'm not completely sure on Pop, and don't know how to check coaches now that I'm in reg season.

Rondo signed for 3yr with a player option, and D. Rose has 2 yrs left on his.

yo Sapp with you just starting your association what file and sliders are you using?

Man I ended up not even starting mine Hulyan smh. But I will probably start with vtcrb's roster and as far as sliders.... ummmm... well I know from some testing that I want a slider set with lower Def. Awareness/ On Ball Defense because I saw that weak defenders were stopping quick/great ball handlers in their tracks regularly. I'll probably hit up Ronyell and see what he has brewing over there.

Melo goes to SA every time I play association except my Raptors one where he's in Sacramento. Never seen Rondo to chi-town though

1st off I'm so stoked to see this battle right here. I'm a big defensive guy with always at least 2 potent scorers on the team so I have to side with Sapp forreal...sorry Dreece you still my homie...besides Sapp gets a plus for picking 1 of my favorite lower class players Leon Strickland

2nd I selected Temple to win even though the scores wasn't right so I don't know if I still qualify to win or not. Its just I really wanted to get a player in these classes & I did some deep digging to try & win this...if I still didn't win it's all good its nice to be close but if I did woo do I have a character for you guys
