Slightly off topic but what do both of you think of "Mygm" replacing Association?

What in the world is "Mygm"? And Association mode being replaced? Is that correct? Well then 2K can now officially then consider me a former consumer of their product. They have officially lost my business. Their 15 minutes of fame, that door is now closing even more rapidly then I had expected. I said last year that if they so much as left a crack in the door for EA Sports to crawl through when they finally released another NBA game, that it would be the beginning of the end for 2K. Had a chance to slam the door shut 2 years ago and be regarded as the NBA video game king, but they are in a nosedive and replacing Association mode should have the captain of the plane calling "mayday, mayday" cause I see nothing but a big crash and no survivors.

Lol, you guys might want to take a look at the main forum just quickly.

Its supposedly going to incorporate Association and add role playing features as a GM. You can only use your MyPlayer.

It could be a great addition ONLY as long as they have fixed most of the existing issues many of us have posted. CPU logic (draft, trade, FA,) better be outstanding, otherwise these role playing features are just a massive waste of time.

Did I miss something? EDIT: just saw the MyGM feature. Not sure how I feel about it. I will just have to wait for the NEXT Gen buyers to provide details.

I did but I actually decided not to purchase CG, so I won't be able to test it. I would if I had CG. Still in my 2k13 Association I started 6 months ago (using an unorthodox combination of Trifecta roster and PP's roster that I managed to mangle together using reditor). Sorry mate

Are you going to purchase NG? Or is the Trifecta Project going to wait until 2k15 to move to NG?

Was going to get Xbox One as my christmas present to me, but after the announcements today I have decided to hold off, not entirely trusting in 2K now. I will say that all those who have 360's as soon as Vlad releases his 2K14 Reditor you won't need to worry about getting 2K15 or probably the next 2-3 years worth of releases because this roster set incorportated with 2K14 Reditor will unleash an Association template file that will have every association mode member glued to their tv sets and playing this roster set soundly for the next few years, I guarantee that.

Just read about the lack of association in a thread rip association Mode and the comments made on it by leftos has left me feeling a bit more hyped now as he is very very excited about this mode.... Think we need to wait and see what they bring to the table

Just to be clear, if the following hasn't been addressed and inplemented into the next gen version, association mode/MyGM mode, was not given any attention...

1. ACCURATE ROSTERS (meaning all players on all 30 teams in game, no hidden players at all)

2. Former Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches in coaching pools instead of generics

Otherwise should just call it MyFantasy.

Project Update:I have Finished my 2k13 Roster now and will have More time to work on 2k14 Roster now.

Roster has 5 teams Completed as of right now.

2014 Draft Class has ALL faces made and is getting s SIG Shot makeover by Sparis.

StraigtBaylien is working on Slider Set.

AMEN to that, because with this news today....TRIFECTA 2K14 will be the GREATNESS to an ending era for "Association mode"...So great that you neither bothering purchasing 2K15 because you'll go DEEP into multiple years with our roster set and our extensive and very deep free agency and draft classes.

TRIFECTA = ASSOCIATION MODE LIVES ON!!!!

Just watched CPU vs CPU game of Twolves(home) vs Bobcats(away). I really enjoyed watching it. I was VERY Happy with results. I watched this with Sliders from Post 2.
