Re: Trifecta 2k14 Project (XBOX 360)

VERY stupid question: This project is an update for NBA 2K14 and not a 2013-14 update for NBA 2K13, correct?

    Thanks.

            Hey Vtcrb,

Of the six rosters you have done are those the final edits or no?

Nothing is Final Until the Finished release. We will continue to Edit and do Player Movement. Lots of tweaks still to be made. And i realized that I forgot to Edit Elias Harris and Ryan Kelly on the Lakers. We added them, but i forgot to Edit them.

Re: Trifecta 2k14 Project (XBOX 360)

In the past we have gone team by team in order, but because of our personal favorite teams we usually edit the Lakers and Warriors first and then add in two additional teams for demo modes and feedback.

Like vtcrb as we go thru the editing process, he does make his tweaks to edits that he had been working on.

Now, I should let everyone know that when on Tuesday which is opening night, ALL player movement will cease at that point. **The initial release for this roster set is for Association mode players** which means that Opening Night rosters will be what you start out with. Now it's always been my goal to make sure that we would have an initial release for the entire community on the morning of Opening Night and last year we were able to do that, but that was due to use having a Roster Editor tool that made editing all the ratings and information easier then by doing it in game. However, this season 2K has made editing even more difficult by hardcoding a bunch of editable ratings in past versions of the game. Vtcrb is so focused and always goes above and beyond what is needed, but thats just shows his dedication. While we won't be having an "Opening Day" release like we originally planned, it won't be long before we release the roster set. Those who followed us last year and used our roster set know that ITS WORTH THE WAIT.

YES!!! Which is why we wait for these each year. You guys go above and beyond for us to have rosters for quick play and Association. I am exicted myself especially since this was not a game I was going to get due to the negative feedback, but this game is pretty good OTB (for me) and a good roster, settings, and association guide makes it worthwhile.

Thanks again to everyone in the community and the ones helping by testing and giving feedback each year and throughout to give me personally a great experience.

+On-ball defense felt pretty good. I could DEFINITELY tell when I had Butler/Deng guarding a wing player than say Dunleavy.

+Post game was effective when it should have been, on both sides of the ball.

+CPU played to its strengths in Rose, Boozer and Deng(who had a terrible game thanks to Iguodala defense)

-Too many User blocks. Lowering Slider to 30

-Too few CPU blocks. Increasing Slider to 90, also CPU Vertical to 65 and CPU DEF Awareness to 100.

-CPU needs to Attack the Basket a tad more, upping Slider to 50

Thanks to yonmilner we now are able to download ALL the hidden players and draft players that 2K had locked and hidden.

We are in the process of getting those players downloaded and added to our roster set so this news just should've made your day.
