Sorry for not answer that in time, My PC was broken and i fixed it today, but i made some updates in formulas.... I'm Finishing to edit the top 10 picks...

The Ratings for top 10 are:

Joel Embiid - 79 (This guy have good stats (Per 40min) that make him have this OVR )
Andrew Wiggins - 79 (Not Overrated and have similar potential to Embiid)
Jabari Parker - 78 (The Future Carmelo Anthony = No Defense & Chucker for now)
Julius Randle - 77 ()
Marcus Smart - 76
Dante Exum - 75
Noah Vonleh - 74
Zach Lavine - 73
Aaron Gordon - 73
Garry Harris - 72 (Rising)
Rodney Hood - 72

*bleacherreport.com/articles/1565980-nba-2k13-creating-a-formula-for-rating-incoming-nba-draft-prospects - This should solve your ratings problems its for 2k13 but works just as well for 2k14 the only thing is inside shots are gon & it still says how to determine inside scory rating

*also Dante Exum should be a 68-71 because think about it when has 2k ever rated a foreign player above a 70????Alex Len was 5th Pick & was a 57 G on the Bucks was 15th pick & a 60

This is what 2k will probably go with because they dont really rank Rookies as High as they used to

*Andrew Wiggins will still Probably be the Top Rated Player

*judging how Embiid is a Center he will probably be around a 73,75,77 because 2k Rates Centers LOW Alex Len was 57 Andre Drummond was 50 something as well and seeing how 2k Rates foreign centers even lower like Alex Len so he might actually be a 63-77

*Dante Exum will most likely be like Embiid a Foreign player who is good but will be lower rated most likely 66-71
