Yup. Otherwise the CPU will take control of your defender. It kills your control over your own player.

Just wanted to say thanks for the sliders dude. I started playing a chise with the Heat after the pc patch landed and I've never enjoyed the game so much.

A few tweaks here and there, as everyone plays differently and has differing skills, and it's playing like a dream.

Just had a 19 point deficit comeback game against the Hawks in their back garden. Great stuff!!!

Thanks again for the time and effort you've put into these sliders. They are sensational.

Glad you're enjoying them.

I haven't changed them since the last update as they've been pretty perfect for me. Played last night's game of Mavs-Spurs... Spurs got out to a big lead early (17), I came back but didn't have enough to close it out. Manu was too much.

Scary how well this game can mimic real life sometimes. McDyess was 5-6, all of his shots from mid-range.

Pared I have been trying to come up with some good sliders for 8 Min quarters and I must say that your sliders are a great start!!!! Really impressed with them...The only thing I feel needs adjusting is the foul sliders as I am not seeing enough fouls but everything else is really great!!! Thanks a lot and if I post a slider set for 8 min quarters I will give you full credit of course.

Pared, nice job with these sliders. I prefer to stay as close to default as possible, so these fit perfectly with my style of play, as they address just a few aspects of the game to help fine-tune it.

That's hard coded into the game. Stars will control the ball more towards the 4th. It is also handled via rosters. I've used 2k's default roster all year and have had no issues with this.

I can't say anything about someone's custom rosters.

I have to admit that I really like these sliders. My shooting percentage and that of the cpu's is a little higher than what I would like but when i lowered it some I feel as if it doesnt play quite as well in other areas. I know that sounds strange but its true. I usually shoot in the high 50's to low 60's and the same for the cpu, but I can deal with that because I am loving how this is playing for me. Thanks again for these great sliders!

It varies anywhere from 38 or 39% ~ 55%.

Yeah I am trying to find a way to lower the FG% for me and the CPU because simply lowering the shooting sliders doesnt work....I dont know if I raised the on ball defense slider or the defensive awareness slider would make any difference or not. Any ideas?

Do these sliders work on all star or are they only made for pro? Also I like the speed 48 rather than 50 how much of a difference does that make? Camera view makes a big difference here I use nosebleeds now. I play on 8 quarters but I like to play as close as possible to default. I had the same problem on madden it seems sliders changes the game a lot. I could never find a good set and never was happy or really enjoyed the game because of it. The problem with sliders is you start wondering if the game plays a certain way because of sliders or how you play it. I am running into the same problem in basketball. If you pick a average team default is mostly competitive. However if you are one of the tops pro and all star are normally to easy. I hate sliders for that reason just want to play a game and enjoy it and have it feel real! Any thoughts?
