I don't think there is a way to keep the current Living Rosters and edited Coach Profiles. You can save the roster files from the main menu, but they will remain in whatever state you've saved them in (i.e. both Coach Profiles and Living Rosters will be frozen at the moment you save them.

I'm not sure how that would affect NBA Today.

In Association you just save Association. Outside of Association I'm pretty sure they are saved as a Roster file.

Save/Load

I can't really understand about that Coach Profile thing. I'm just playing Association mode, do I need to change coach profile too? Because I can't change the stats of those coaches. It will just stay at is.

I am just not thinking the coach profile changes are entirely necessary. How does the game play without them?

And another thing, if you save them to a living roster, they have the players already injured and you would be stuck with the roster with the injured players and updated profiles if you wanted to play a quick game or an NBA Today game. If you want to update the rosters and have the players return from injury, the coach profiles go out the window.

So, essentially these sliders only really work for Association mode. I really appreciate your work but I wish there was a way around this.

Ah having the changes in bold helps, thanks. I now know what I am changing and can see how the game is effected. I got my 2nd game of my 1st association coming up. Ill give u some feedback for this slider cause.

What happened that we are able to get o-reb now? Was it the crash boards in the coach profiles?

You can change them from within Association Mode by going to:

General Manager>

Resign Position>

Select every team one-by-one &:

Coaching>

Gameplan>

Coach Profiles

Do this for every team in the league and then choose your after you are finished.

It's not necessary. It's optional.

Yes, the profile changes when a coach is fired. But when a coach retires, he is recycled with a new name (same exact edited profile & appearance). The league is eventually 2/3rd's retired coaches who are recycled. This means that edited profiles will still dominate the league. You will need to edit the Patrick Ewings, Jimmy Lynams, Dave Cowens, etc. if they hang on once they replace a fired coach. But, that's easy to do.

I think the Coach Profiles edits are optional, arguable. I don't know how it plays without them and the sliders are being finished in a game w/ edited Coach Profiles.

Yes, the Coach Profile edits are for Assoc or Season Mode.

I'm not seeing any more than usual= half what they should be on average.

Thanks for the instructions. About the slider, too many steal attempts that leads to a foul, and the passing ability of AI's during inbounds are sick. Any suggestion on how to adjust these on slider?

No Problem.

Steals: Reach-In Fouls slider down (-), Steal Success/Stealing sliders up (+).

Passing: Pass Accuracy Slider up (+).
