    Re: The Purist(s) NBA 2K11 Sliders (Post-Patch)

Ok, here are my stats of 5 game splayed with Orlando starting a brand new association on PRO. I'm now 4-1. I lost against Miami, I won 1 by a basket and another in OT. I've begun to make very small changes to some sliders to correct what I see in my stats.

    (ME - CPU)
    PPG - 93,8 - 87,4
    FGM - 34 - 34
    FGA - 78 - 87
    FG% - 43,0 - 38,6
    3PT - 8 - 6
    3PTA - 23 - 21
    3PT% - 34,0 - 31,0
    FTM - 18 - 13
    FTA - 25 - 19
    FT% - 72,6 - 69,6
    AS - 17,4 - 19,0
    T/O - 12,6 - 11,2
    FOULS - 13,4 - 17,2
    REBS - 44,8 - 47,2
    O-REBS - 5,4 - 9,6
    ST - 8,0 - 7,8
    BL - 5,8 - 4,0
    PAINT - 36,0 - 35,2
    BENCH - 21,4 - 26,8
    2ND CH - 4,8 - 9,0
    FAST BR - 4,0 - 2,6

That's it without many comments, since I'm a bit out of topic here. In my opinion Greenie sliders work great on PRO. It's easy to see what's a bit off here and everyone con correct as they like. Most important thing, I can't wait to play another game. On All-Star I cannot finish a game due to frustration :-)

      Re: The Purist(s) NBA 2K11 Sliders (Post-Patch)

This was a great game. I had the lead after the 1st qtr 26-22, it was a back and forth qtr till i played great D and kept the lead. The second qtr was closer, but i still edged them out to go into the half leading 54-50. The Spurs then outscored me 22-31 in the 3rd qtr, and i can honestly say it's because of mistakes i made on defense and offense, i did not feel like the CPU was cheating at any point in this game. Every time the spurs tried to stretch there lead i would cut it down to atleast 1-3 points before they would make another run. The fourth qtr was alot closer scoring wise, 27-28, with the spurs scoring the most in that qtr. I made a few key mistakes this qtr again, i remember saying to myself wow "stupid decision" a few times during the entire game.

      • The spurs bench killed me scoring 56 points to my 18

      • Ginobli took over the second half, he ended up with 18 points

      • I made simple mistakes that cost me points on offense and defense

I enjoyed this game a lot, it was a real back n forth affair by two great teams.

I used Rashidi's Roster for this game.

Aka Demik & Cesco : What's your adjustement with the set for play in PRO ?
I've just put (again) the clutch at 3 but off , play with sst, 46/47/47/50 for the first fourth offense sliders and contact shot suces at 42 if I remember.

@Greenie : no problem, and you make me play with free goals % one time ! ^^

Im just curious to what adjustments you have made? I'm in the same boat you are about all star vs pro. Also are you using Geebo's rosters?

                I'm on Xbox and I can't use Geebo's. I'm using 2K rosters.

I've just raised a bit the shooting sliders (not the 3s) and I'm playing with clutch on at 35% (default SIM).

I just lost against the Bobcats. I'm 4-2 now.

A little late to the party here. This is my first game using these sliders. Best game I have had in a long time. Game was close all the way through, no huge leads really. I had a 10 point lead going into the 4th but caught up towards the end. Main thing that stands out here is the amount of free throws I took compared to the opposition, also the blocks were kinda high.

Been using the sliders for a long time, thanks for making em, really enjoy them.

Here's some info on how I play my association. Basically I play it like a myplayer career. Player Lock with my custom player. Newest season I think i just loaded the preset for a 5'11" All-Around Point Guard, 88 overall rating was what they gave me. Did a Serpentine Fantasy Draft, ordered them by best overall record from this year and last year. I ended up going first round to the kings (3rd from last pick).

So my first game is against the Raptors. I attached the scores as images. In my previous associations I played with the Heat, so this one is going to take some getting used to.

I put up a triple double with my player (Campbell), not sure how I got all those rebounds lol. Less than 2 minutes left Raptors hit a 3 and go up by 3. I miss my shot and go for the loose ball, Late game fouling was on and the cpu decides to foul for me....My 6th foul. Yea... I turned that off after that game. Game Over.

I'm gonna have to get used to this new team, Me at point, L.Deng, R.Fernandez, L.Scola, A.Bogut, and Kenyon Martin. I'm used to playing as the Heat's point guard lol.

I'll post some more scores later. So far I'm 2W-2L. Team is currently 8W 11L (I play every 4th game).

Edit* Oh and if you look at the scoreboard I bet you can figure out when I was on the bench resting lol.

I'm starting to think that the only way we are going to ensure the worse teams don't play like th elite teams is if we make the the CPU sliders lower than the HUM sliders, I want to stick with All Star because PRO is just tooo annoying to tinker with to make even and the cpu is just dumb......but daaaaamn, I really should be losing to the Twolves, nets and wizards by 20 as the Celtics lol
