Some questions.
1) In tendencies i believe u forgot to mention the "backdoor cuts" slider. What do we set that to?
2) In tendencies again when u do not mention user sliders then these are supposed to be set at default (50)?
3) In fouls is the blocking foul really set to 5 each or is this a typo?

Finally had a chance to sit down and play a game with this slider set and your V2 rosters and man, you have saved the game for me, Truth! I was just using All-Star/Simulation and was growing so frustrated by what I was seeing, but didn't know exactly what I should and shouldn't change because there's so many sliders in NBA 2K.

Thankfully, 23 pushed and pushed me to try these out (along with the rosters) and they are exactly what I've been looking for.

I picked random teams, Phoenix (CPU) @ Orlando and won by 10, 78-68 (10-min. quarters). Game had a nice flow and the players played very similar to what you'd see on your TV.

Same here.. hmmnmmm..

I found why! After one game with these sliders THAT I DOWNLOADED THROUGH LIVE...all of the User shooting settings jumped up to 60 from their respective numbers..among some other things. Just fixed them, hopefully they dont go up again,...I was winning by 50+ too lol..DeAndre Jordon was looking like 93 Shaq.


My roommate was killing it as well, and we were losing on pro; we both agree that the game plays MUCH smoother though. Let's see what happens when I fix the numbers back

Is offensive rebounding supposed to be 100/0? I feel like I get a ton of offensive rebounds while the CPU does not. I'm starting to blow out teams because of these 2nd chance points, and it's a slight annoyance.

So Truth, what do you use for your defensive AI assist setting?
This is the setting that is under the controller settings.
Does anyone know what the default setting is for this setting?
I have changed it so many times i cannot remember what the default setting is, is it 50?

EDIT: does anybody know under what name i can find truth's rosters v2 on 2k share on ps3?

sorry man but these sliders are to EASY. I played 10+ games with these sliders since V2 came out and blow out every single team and I even had a game where I played nothing but bench players most of the game and blew them out. Right now I'm playing with LA Clippers a team I don't even know how to play with and Griffin isn't doing much and we are blowing out the Spurs. I kill the CPU on offensive rebound and 2nd chance points all the time. I'm using the new defensive and offensive changes for the CPU also.

I would somewhat agree tho. I downloaded the truths newest roster set, plugged in this slider set and started a season with the Bulls. I played the first 3 games of the season and one each game by atleast 15 points, this includes beating the Lakers in the 3rd game 103-88. I would agree i get way too many offensive boards. My thing is the cpu just shoots a really low % from the field every game. I was playing on All star and am going to bump up to HOF tonight and see how that goes.

Yeah, I raised up the awareness settings like he said but I still haven't won by less than 13 points. Raised the same awareness to 60 now so we'll see.

Hey man thanks for the sliders. I played my first game vs the wolves I was the knicks and won by 13 on the easier setting. Played game two cs boston and lost by ten but was leading by a high of 17 in the first half. That was on hof. Im nit good at nba2k fyi but find these settings fun. Can I change shot to stick timing or will it mess it up?

From what I've seen, this has a good base, but it does have it's flaws, like being a little too easy.

You are definitely on to something here, PP. I may suggest upping the attack basket sliders, upping the CPU hands, and lowering verticals from 100. And probably lowering the HUM shooting sliders as well.

Good suggestions. I'd also suggest looking at addressing the CPU post game; it's non-existent currently, from what I've seen.
