Looks like a stompfest. It shouldn't be this way every time, with these Sliders, anything can happen. You get blown out, you blow teams out and there are tight games both ways. I'm glad they worked for you and I hope you continue to enjoy them!

Been loving this roster/slider set. Crazy realistic how teams play like the nuggets who try to get inside shots and how older teams slow down the tempo. Ive been using to pacers in my association. Were 45-27, ive noticed alot of low scoring games and low shooting percentage by both teams which is reasonable since pacers are leading the league in opp pga. I had to raise the midrange slider for the cpu to 50 so the shooting percentage doesn't stay in the 30% area.

I use Real Player %, for both Field Goals and Free Throws.

Now, on Free Throws, instead of trying to time the release of the button to the animation, simply tap the button and put it in the hands of chance to make the Free Throw. Good shooter will net them, while bad shooter WILL struggle.

You can use either the Stick or the Shoot Button to shoot Free Throws. Which ever one you're more comfortable with.

                      Re: 2013 Trifecta Sliders

So it took me 3 Times of Saving and Exiting this game to get it done, but man was it worth it. When I began the game, I only played the 1st quarter. I got off to a decent start and had my momentum of a previous win with the Magic where I played stellar defense, it wasn't as easy to play D with Houston. Atlanta was scoring on me at Will, and Lou Will had 15 in the 1st. I had to Save after the 1st.

Then I came back and played another quarter I fought with them pretty much dead even the entire quarter, still trailing.

The final time I loaded the game, I played the entire second half, I fell behind by 14 points about half way through the 3rd and really didn't have much of an offensive gameplan. I began to focus on the defensive end and got back to back steal to dunks with James Harden, sparking my offense. I fought back to bring myself within 5 points or so to begin the 4th. In the first 4:00 of the 4th quarter, I outscored the Hawks 19-4 to take a 10 point lead. ATL burned a TO and responded with a 9-0 run, back-to-back 3's with Korver, and a bomber from Lou.

Late in the 4th quarter I found myself up by 1 with around 30 seconds left in regulation. I drove with Harden, he got doubled, kick out to Lin for 3: GOOD. Up 4 with 24.7 left. A few made FTs for them with Lin and Harden going 1/2 each for me gave me a 118-115 lead with 4 seconds left. They kick it to Korver on the in bounds (Korver had 36 points, mind you) he was covered, Korver finds a wide open Teague, FOR THE TIE...

clank. Rockets win. Awesome, awesome game to play. Like I was telling vt, I am in love with 2k13 again. One thing to note is Korver's shot attempts/points. This is purely from USER ERROR. I was playing as Parsons on most drives from Atlanta trying to get a help block, leaving Korver open on ALOT of possessions. I ended up benching Parsons in the 4th quarter. Haha. Either way Here are the stats:

                      User v CPU - 10 Minute Quarters

                        Re: 2013 Trifecta Sliders

I'm having a ton of trouble with the turnovers.

For the third straight game, I've had a TON more turnover compared to my opponent. I just won 111-94 with the Jazz against the Mavericks but had 17 turnovers, while they only had 2. Last time I played, I had 17 at half and my opponent had 1. The time before that it was high teens for me and under 5 for my opponent.

The turnovers that I am committing may be partially my fault (although I feel like the opponent knocks the ball loose in the post all the time or when trying to make low post passes). But how can I get more turnovers for my opponents? I'm playing solid D and holding them to under 100 points usually and about 40% from the field, but the turnovers have been somewhat unrealistic for me.

Just curious on what I can do to fix the problem.

Passing Angles are VERY important when feeding the Post. If not passes will get deflected. Causing Turnovers can be done by being more Aggressive trying to steal On Ball and Trying to get in Passing Lanes more. Hope this Helps. You can also Raise the Passing Lane Slider 5pts if you choose.

I have only tested these on All Star, but that doesn't mean that HOF will not be compatible. I highly recommend the All Star difficulty with these as a challenge will still be presented, but if you must use HOF, try it out, see how it works for you and let me know how it goes!

I have not had this problem to this extent. There are certain games where I turn the ball over quite a bit due to poor decisions and at times frustration, and games where the CPU does the same. You must be conscious of who is guarding you or playing the lane of the pass you're throwing. For example, Chris Paul will be much more noticeably a great defender both with On Ball Steals and Passing Lanes than say, Steve Nash.

And forcing turnovers is a difficult thing that seems to be built through momentum. It seems some games I can't force a turnover to save my life, but as soon as I get that first one for a FB dunk, I'm more aware and knowledgeable of how to get the teams I'm playing to turn the ball over.

If you're still having this problems, try this:

                                ^ USER Hands +5
                                ^ USER Offensive Awareness +5

v Lower CPU Passing Lanes -5
v Lower CPU Defensive Awareness -5
