I don't think it's your sliders, it's just a 2k thing. It's not a big deal just annoying because I get all immersed in the games and the unrealistic stuff happens. I definitely use timeouts, mix in zone, etc, it just seems like sometimes 2k decides its going to poop on you and there's nothing you can do.

Thanks for the injury info. I had it at 50/25 and wasn't seeing much happen.

Thanks for this new set StraightBaylien!

A couple of things that caught my attention:

You gave the cpu an advantage on the shooting sliders, wich i fully agree since i was having all the time a better fg% in comparison to cpu.

You also improved the offensive awareness to 100 (from 80) for both teams, im curious to see the effects of that.

Also noted that in the tendencies you reduced (to 1) the inside shooting of cpu and upped the 3 Point tendecy (both also very needed since cpu tried to many inside shots and too few 3 point shots.

There are more chabges but those above caught my attention.

Im really eager to try them out!

              Re: 2013 Trifecta Sliders

Hey so I've been using this roster / slider combo for while now and I am really enjoying it. The only problem I was having with the first slider set was the CPU not shooting enough 3's while that seems to be fixed a few other problems sees to have appeared so I thought maybe you guys could use some solid feedback.

The main problem I was having was the rebounding, I mean the CPU grabbed EVERY offensive board (The Spurs had 15 I had 7 ORBS) I think that may have to do with the lowering of the HUM Def Rebounding slider I would consider bumping that back up.

Also the turnovers seemed unusually high (Spurs had 17 I had 21) and they weren't forced turnovers either it was like throwing the inbounds pass over my players head and it did this about 4 times in the game and it also happened a few times to the CPU (would recommend bumping the pass acc slider)

Also maybe this was just me but the CPU seemed MUCH faster than me and that may have lead to the Spurs having 25 fast break points to my 6 as the Warriors I also got caught from behind as Steph curry by a big so that was annoying.

All in all as the Warriors I came out on top and beat the Spurs 108-101 and it was one of the most amazing fun games I have played in a long time I think you guys have the best roster / Slider combo on these boards

I haven't experienced much with the rebounding. In the most recent games I've played, the rebounding has been pretty much dead even unless the matchup holds a strong rebounding team vs. a weak one, or unless the game is a blowout. Try bumping the CPU Offensive Rebounding down by 5 or so and see how that works out.

The passing is tricky, some games I'll see NO errant passes, others its way too many. Try upping the values to 48 / 46 and see how that works out for you.

If the CPU feels like they are a little fast than you, lower the CPU Quickness and Speed sliders by 5 or so.

Thank you for the feedback btw and I love that you are enjoying the Project as a whole! Your support is much appreciated

I've played three games with the new slider set and I love them. Stats are fine and the gameplay is fluid and very challenging. And guys get tired as the should more so than the last set.

One thing I have noticed is the CPU getting an offensive rebound wide open under the basket unguarded and passing it out

Grow up? Your the one proclaiming hours of work put into this and it's just "crap sliders". Wasn't a comeback, it was the truth.

Definately one of the best sliders alongside MKharsh and J-Will's, just one thing that caught my eye, you decided to put backdoor cuts at 90? MKharsh has it at 0, does it affect things much?

A backdoor cut is one of the most common ways that NBA teams use to score when plays break down so I felt it was necessary to set the value so that the CPU is a threat to cut to the basket past their man. I never understood why certain slider sets have them so low.

One thing I have noticed is the CPU getting an offensive rebound wide open under the basket unguarded and passing it out
This spawns from the low Take Inside Shots tendency. If you'd like, up it to 5 and see how that works. Its hard to find a balance between the CPU driving and attempting to finish on every possession, and being able to see a CPU putback under the rim. I'm still looking for said balance haha.

Thank you for your feedback guys. It really helps with the tweaking process!

I'd rather deal with the occasional pass out than the incessant paint attack from before. I'm going to raise it and see what happens.

I've only had time to get in a couple games today but it hasn't happened yet after moving it up to 5. Small sample size but it looks promising.
