Yes, we did the bb first, but he put up lebron on the ah, even though I had t wait 12 hours for another deal to finish up to get the credits. Lebron then sold to someone else and he made me bb the bb and even made me cover the taxes which lost me a lot of credits

Yeah the only situation where a BB would still go through on a card you don't get is if you bid on a card, someone buys back a card from you, but then you get outbid. The thought there is that neither party is really wronged because the selling still gets the credits minus buyback, just from a different buyer, and the buyer essentially gets extra credits because someone bought his card for a high amount.

But if I am understanding your situation, he sold his card to a different buyer, then made you buy a card from him for 2k?

to clear it up : it was a 3 way deal with a 3. person involved.
cp3 bought a card for 2k (or more i don't know ) from kolson so kolson can bid on the lebron of cp3.
Kolson had to wait that his card sold on the ah( already had a bid) and when he gets the credits from the sold card he wanted to bid on the lebron.

the lebron was bought by person number 4. (unknown) Than cp3 called kolson a scammer because he didn't bid directly on his lebron(because he had to wait for his card on the ah). cp3 than made kolson to buyback a card to cover the buyback he did earlier because somebody else bought his lebron and not kolson(who recieved the buyback earlier. now kolson doesn't have enough credits to buy the lebron he was looking forward to.

thats what i understood from kolsons and cp3s posts

Yep that's pretty much right on. He bought my fully trained d wade for 2k. When someone else bought lebron he made me pay him back by making me buy a uncommon for 2.3k...

Just a few questions if you knew that you needed to wait 12 hours for your other deal. Why did you do the Bb that early? Also with the Bb card did he specifically ask that you put up a fully trained legendary?

Good summary. It's totally unfair for Kolson because CP3 bought A FULLY TRAINED Leg and sold A COMMON. He got the credits he was planning to get AND the buyback he asked was not even reduced by the taxes costs...
==> the trade a leg for a common is so unfair that it's a scamm.

We did it early on because I already had the legendary on the ah that was about to time out and I didnt want to list him again and we wanted to get the bb done right then. I was planning on him putting lebron up after I got the credits, but he had already posted it 3 hours earlier without my prior knowledge

But you both agreed when he sent you the credits beforehand that if you did not get the LBJ, the BB would be returned. If you agreed to this, and sent it back, why are you mad?

Again I agreed to pay back the bb if I got outbidded. Someone else bought him when i didn't even have the credits or bid on him and he was posted before I got the credits

THANK YOU!!! Sheesh, they agreed to something, that was executed, now someone has their feelings hurt. Ignored is the fact that the LBJ was NEVER going to arrive at its destination at minimum bid anyway, and there was not enough credits in possession to BIN. Deal was doomed from the start.
