Under the old structure, you needed over 500 points (can't remember the exact figures) to get a PO card, as well as needing to beat the PO deck (or lose lots of games). Now it's 224 and you only need to beat an UR to get one. How is that worse in terms of being a cash grab? They'd get more credits from you going through common through to PO before they reward you with a PO card.

I do agree with it being bad in terms of diluting the PO pool.

it is a cash crab bc for the good cards u need to get an insane amount of points.

they keep adding po cards like crazy so it will be almost impossible to dupe anything unless u spend alot of credits at the AH
and the PO cards u have are worth even less bc everybody gets them for free so u cant even sell anything

To help people get loyalty cards, so its not a bad thing.

Yeah the rewards aren't bad. But do you remember the grind you did last Warriors RttC? I got to Klay and I was exhausted (I could only do +4s on Green and him). Will you be doing that for this week's RttC and the remaining RttC's for maximum 18 points to your loyalty rewards per event?

I'm just gonna get the first 5 cards (for 9 points).

Yes! They announced a new MJ Support Pack +100 for all stats in the 4th quarter. 100k Credits - defintely a steal....

With about 3 months left in the game before mynba2k16 (2 months if you are counting the Sept 9 loyalty reward deadline). The goal for me now is to get points to get to as high as stage as I can.

And getting 1 point per event is not gonna cut it. I think getting the first 4 cards for 8 points (which is equivalent to 1358 RttC points) is the least you need to do to have a chance at stage 1. That means I have to use at least 600 credits per event. Whereas before I could get PO card without using any credits.

getting 1 or 2 PO cards might help you get higher in quick games or seasons. But the season rewards and resets are mostly useless and not gonna add points to your total aside from the occasional PO card which is worth a whopping 1 point.

As sad as it is, time to get rid of everything that is not a playoff card.. Not possible to sell anything below PO, and most PO too, so may as well use them for training.

I have the time to do it. But it's still exhausting and you need to have around 2.5K credits per card to do +4s for cards 7 to 10 for 8 points.
