What is the min. requirement for UR? Right now I have

4 SR's (2 fully trained)
1 UR Pro (halfway trained)

Currently @ SR++

Also another question..

Is the pro system the same as last year where the pro card is better if the 2 cards are both maxed, or does it not matter anymore?
