So after all the moaning & whining, it doesn't sound like the final card was as unattainable as many of you thought. Let's just pray that CD doesn't make an further changes to RttC.
been trying to convince people of this all along. those at the highest level (close to 15 legendary pros) can easily do it without spending real money.
rttc is meant to give you a card one tier higher than your rttc deck if you play hard enough. nothing more unless you wish to spend money. that's the balance CD created. otherwise everyone would get shaq which wouldn't make him special.
the paranoia of the numbers got people emotional and not logical. there were quite a few players who obtained shaq in 2-3 days. personally, i've never finished an rttc this early without buying game nights, so this was a pleasant surprise.
Well this has been a successful RTTC for me as I just finished Kobe. Bought 1 48k HS bundle and sold enough UR & epic so far to have gained 12k after tax. On top of that still have 9 UR, 1 epic, & 2 leg still to sell and I'm 120+ boards into my third leg reset of the RTTC.

But if a player is epic tier, do you really think someone could get kobe without money? Let's not forget that the cost of HS it would take would be far greater than just buying it on AH.
Well I sold it for 30K BIN and it took like 3 hours to sell so I didn't think it was that good of a deal. All of the other supports were getting bids around 20K
since season can hold 3 support cards. top decks use
3 of either
60+ Off
60+ PM
60+ Def
60+ Reb
these sell for a fair amount. 30k is cheap I would have bought it if I didn't already have 1
Not sure how I feel about it....hadn't planned on going for Frobe in RTTC - I'm only about halfway thru 2nd JRose so its gonna cost me some RP -- 2 slot and perfect spec though....Maybe i'll just burn a wild and star contract .... what do you guys think

Depending on how the person has their epic RTTC deck constructed yes they could get Kobe without spending any cash. Kobe +5 games are 700s - 900s for card strength. With stat boosting you can beat the double with an epic pro + epic as long as both are fully trained. The only thing you'd need to buy is a big HS bundle; but, you can make that back and then some selling UR & epics.
**edit Not to mention on the way to Kobe you can pro up the foil UR & epic to strengthen your deck.

People need to stop saying that you make the RP spent back. If you grind QG as much as a RC or RTTC you would get those pulls anyway. RTTC or RC do not pay for themselves.
