Real quick, I think I saw someone post a pic, maybe a few days ago, of winning a foil MVP as a season reward. Is that true? Can you win foil MVPs from winning your season?

I have the same goals as you but i'm flattered if anyone would call me a tank with 6 leg pros [emoji14] I think DaRealest1Ever is the real tank here with possibly 5+ MVP pros

I don't know who the tank is yet. I think everyone might be a tank compared to me. I've had 3 players beat me fully energized already. Looking forward to the bot part of the schedule.

Yes umiprophetic, I saw a picture of moses Malone foil...

I'm not sure is this is related to the possibility to win them by complete a perk that introduce this possibility

I'm in my second straight season with 10 or more players. Anyone else experiencing this many humans in a season? Last app, I only had this luck maybe twice the whole year.

Edit: @PeterH, hey we're in the same season. You might want to check it. We're both getting beat down.

Edit2: Nevermind. Just saw your top 5, you can survive the slow start.

Same situation. Second straight season with 10+ as well. This season, I am in one with 14 including myself. One guy with 5 leg pros in his top 5 didn't even make the playoff and got 3 uncommon probably because he didn't energize enough. I was lucky enough to be one of three humans to get a bot for the first round. I hope not every season is like this.

First I want to say thanks for sticking up for us free players. Tired of hearing how easy RttC was, blah, blah, blah.....

I always do the math at the beginning of the event to know what to prepare for. When I did the math, I included 8hrs of sleep for each night of the event which there were 3 nights and came up with, if you +7 every game and used every free GN, you wouldn't even finish the first epic rose. I am leg in QG and epic in season and RttC. So getting the foil rose would have improved my season lineup but anything less would do absolutely nothing.

Also, RP for some of us is not as easy to obtain as some of the higher tier players because the AH market is much more saturated now, which is a problem for players that had to work their way up slowly. As with everything, the first to market always generate the best results. So spending RP on Hot streaks is not necessarily an option as we have very little. And some of the daily RP rewards are terrible, either low value or very hard to obtain.

Great insight! Very true that free players who can't grind 500 games a week and/or start a few weeks/months after launch may not be able to benefit from AH as a seller to gain RP. UR and below are going for less then 4000RP for the most part, and most likely 25-50% of free players are in the Epic seasons/Legendary QG tiers so they need to keep their Epics and Legendaries. Just like in Monopoly, advancing to next tier is possible with money/assets management, luck, and proing the right cards at the right time.

Events allow free players to get cards to help with their QC lineups (RC) and squads (RTTC), while season rewards are balanced so that top squads have incentive to stay in top tier rather than "playing below their strength" to farm finals rewards.

Top 4000 in RC this year to get a Legendary seems good, and the point distribution in RTTC could be altered before Star Tier drops using something similar to what Elite1216 suggested. I was playing through Kobe at +14 with mindless tapping, and actually only started playing attention at Shaq with +5. If Shaq was at 600+ points to obtain, I'd definitely have to buy a 2nd enormous HS pack and maybe even have to consider getting GN. I agree free players with similar QG/seasons credentials should definitely get through 1st Epic in reasonable time and maybe Epic Foil with some grinding and/or HS help (HS draftable like in RC next time?).

CD has the stats, and we'll see how the RTTC round 2 fares. I'm actually curious to see if RC or RTTC is next this week. RCs drain the economy and floods the AH (low prices for cards) as people try to buy HS packs, while RTTCs seemingly boosts the economy and shrinks AH (high prices for cards) while people try to build their 25-deep squads. If the decision hasn't already been made or scheduled, I'm sure CD's economics team are crunching numbers based on the real $$ that's coming in and the current RP/credit status is in the game.

Not replying to that previous post cause it's just too damn long, but i completely agree on everything you said.
I had 7 hours of sleep a day due to my knee injury and i used all the game nights (maybe missed like 10) but i still was only quarter way through Rose...

I've lost on semifinals... I was in season with Poetic and Francis Borja.
I unfortunately can't energize for two games vs Francis and I finished 3rd. We have similar season but he had legendary support card that seems to make the difference....


Probably I'll get a legendary that I won't pro (except if that will be an higher card compared to what I had)

Yeah supports help quite a bit I think so I'm looking to get 3 leg supports as I only have epic right now. I managed to snipe a +60 OFF for 25k earlier I'm very happy with that.

during this RTTC I managed to sell 2 legendary + 3 epic pros and single UR and Epics.

I spent in total 50K and sniped +60DEF, +60 REB, pretty happy

But if a player is epic tier, do you really think someone could get kobe without money? Let's not forget that the cost of HS it would take would be far greater than just buying it on AH.

I made it to shaq without spending any money. Just selling cards and goals for HS. I +14 until shaq.

Will you do it next RTTC too? 48k again for a single leg twice? Because for 96k RP, you could buy a leg pro from AH and still have your 4 WC too.

Once again...not worth the cost even if reasonably possible.
