I have same thoughts, they always post announcement a week before a major updates. I think this week it will be minor update with few bug fixes including captcha confirm dialog.

But also i agree that they should faster announce star tier because every week i get info that someone stops playing this game that means - its boring and this game is losing their players. I personally stopped playing seasons a week ago - it doesn't motivate me anymore, rewards are to useless. Just playing events and completing goals but also i am not sure i will play this RC if there will be the same rewards... I played mynba2k14 and 15 also, and i didn't had such a situation like now with 16' version...

I blame the auction house. Thats the major difference between this app and the other two earlier versions.

Of course, I do prefer the AH in the game, it just wasn't around from the getgo in last years app. It brought the game some much needed hype last year at the time it was introduced.

Does anybody think that when star tier drops, you'll win a star card by winning a leg season?

I blame the auction house. Thats the major difference between this app and the other two earlier versions.

Maybe you are right. That's one of the features that allows us to get faster strong lineups. I agree that this app become boring faster because we were able to get stronger lineups sooner as in last apps.

There should be a star card as reward for leg season. But lets see what we have.

I don't think the AH is entirely to blame. By not making season rewards and event cards actionable, they fixed the major issue that plagued AH last year. The biggest issues thus year are season matchmaking and how they've handled RTTC so far this year.

Agreed AH is well handled this year. Main problem is the last RttC which gave way too good cards. Then comes RC structure which gives out 1000 top cards and little to no incentive for top 100/25...

Yea man. They completely screwed up RTTC and even RC to some degree. Then when you add how these team "perks" have worked out and things are even worse.

The problem is with games like this if new tiers aren't released in a timely fashion, it gets stale and the players incentive to play goes down and down.

When Star tier is released, it will fix the problem...for like a month or 2 and then we will have the same problem now.

I Wasn't sure where to ask but how do you win every quarter goal? i try 5 epic pros but always lose 1 or 2 quarters. Is there a better solution to lineup?

I don't think auction house is to blame either. I think the main problem is the fact that they're giving away so many of the best cards for free. They've been giving away 4 Legendaries per RttC lately and they've been the strongest cards. Last year RttC didn't come out until late in the app and they only gave away one card per tier as rewards. (Until the end of the game when they were passing out playoff cards like Halloween candy)

That's the easiest goal with the biggest reward IF you have all the events cards (RC/RTTC). Charge them up, and play only 50 games to win 15k.
Other than that, you need to wait until RTTC.

i really hope the update is to fix the captcha issues, although i never run into them myself because I never really sit and dedicate myself to tapping the screen like a lot of you do. yay distractions.

but if star tier were to come out today, at least it would be good timing. 2 legendaries that had been struggling to sell for a week finally moved, and both at BIN prices. sweet. i have a shot at having 100k saved up. not sure what i'll do with it.

but the biggest thing for star tier would be clearing out the top of legend seasons. it's gotten ridiculous. i know you all know this. but we're at the point where i know i'm signing up for 3 green cards after 4 days.
