Used the 300 credits to get 3 team packs, hoping to get lucky and duplicate my Rondo or Havlicek. Pulled a Wilcox, Marshon Brooks, and a Rare Jeff Green.

As weird as it may sound, this game is pretty boring after rivals lol. Theres nothing to really do. You don't wanna sit there and play 10k quick games to maybe draft a leg or epic. Some people don't want to or have the money to buy epic packs. And no matter how good u think your deck just got you will still be matched with that one f***** thats better than you. So really rivals is the best thing for the app lol. Even though its stressful at times its the rush that gets us and the competitiveness.

As weird as it may sound, this game is pretty boring after rivals lol. Theres nothing to really do. You don't wanna sit there and play 10k quick games to maybe draft a leg or epic. Some people don't want to or have the money to buy epic packs. And no matter how good u think your deck just got you will still be matched with that one f***** thats better than you. So really rivals is the best thing for the app lol. Even though its stressful at times its the rush that gets us and the competitiveness.

Very accurate statement good sir. You wanna take a break if you were trying for top 50 or so and then come season time, it's a complete toss up whether or not you can win your season or get crushed despite having improved your LU. Mine went from barely pushing 3,000 to averaging around 4,000 in about a month or so and that still has only won me 2 seasons

I am very frustrated at this point. I pulled this card during the rivals nightmare and not even 1 second after I pulled this and took a screen shot the servers went down. When the servers were back up the card was gone and all they are telling me is "sorry, there is no evidence that you pulled this card." Really!!! After all the money I have poured into this game you better make this right. We are talking about a digital card here. Smh

They are right honestly. I can use this very same generic pic and make the same claims as you. You have to agree it's a little vague, but using your "customer support" as leverage is a immature move.

Did you send an email directly to NWGD?
I also pulled an Evan Turner pacers mid season epic that got lost. Have not heard a response. Although I really don't need it but It would be nice to get it back.
In your case I'll really fight for that hot streak support card.

I agree. After all that you have spent on this game. I think you should've earned a benefit of the doubt. Isnt a screenshot enough evidence? Plus wouldnt they have a record of this on their server? It must have some type of digital footprint right?

Well... He does already have the best deck in the game. He pretty much can't lose.. I understand the principle, and respect it.. but it's not like he needs it. I wouldn't get all that upset over it, if I were him. It's ultimately inconsequential. Definitely not worth being genuinely upset.

If it were MY deck though.. I could really use that card...

I would assume so but they can't find anything. It is not my fault that there servers crashed and not to mention my catalog was wiped out and now they have fixed it but it is still missing a lot of cards, including this one.
