dont forget the Card catalog reset.. I have sent them like 4 feedbacks about this issue of my catalog for about 4 weeks now and still havent heard nothing from them not even them saying they will look into my catalog

YES! This is driving me nuts. I am a collector and have already lost several cards to this issue and their response was "sorry." That is honestly a form of theft. I know NWGD is doing what he can but we need answers.

Regardless there is no excuse for them to not be live as they were intended to be. However, 10-20 minutes is better than 1 hour, but no excuses. Fix it!

I agree, but unfortunately every hour is better than the crap we dealt with last time. Like you said it's sad some of us accept that but I can somewhat deal with consistency. It should update again in about an hour. Roughly a bit before the half hour mark.

But Sunday it's going to be hell. That's why I said earlier please veterans make your push earlier than later if you can and do not wait until Sunday to do all your hot streaking just do it before then so they hopefully lose hope because that 1 hour delay will be a pain in the *** and we can prevent a giant cluster in the bottom 25/50.

Not only "need", as i said i think we deserve answers. Answers that grown men, who like you put a small fortune into this game can appreciate as being full and honest. And keep in mind - last time, all the top players were very, VERY understanding with the issues. Not even 1 of us, as i recall, complained about the 30 free hot streaks we got for our troubles (and 30 HS is really only 150 free points - 15 min in my pace. I lost hours, if not tens of hours last time around)

Not only "need", as i said i think we deserve answers. Answers that grown men, who like you put a small fortune into this game can appreciate as being full and honest. And keep in mind - last time, all the top players were very, VERY understanding with the issues. Not even 1 of us, as i recall, complained about the 30 free hot streaks we got for our troubles (and 30 HS is really only 150 free points - 15 min in my pace. I lost hours, if not tens of hours last time around)

I definitely agree with this. Actual straightforwardness is deserving. Like informing us if the frozen leaderboard is just a permanent change or maybe telling us why the catalog gets reset.

I agree with you guys, this time LB seems more alive but it's unacceptable that after a lot of maintenance and two weeks to solve this problems, they don't solve it again.

I think the lack of response and the generic, "we are looking into it" is the part that seems the worst. You can pop up to keep us informed on things that aren't paramount but when something like this comes up on one of your biggest draws for this game, you're nowhere to be found. On a happier note, just drafted this so now I am undecided if i want to stay in the top 50. I'll either push for top 25 or just let the dirk happen and take the next few days super easy. Thoughts?

Yo this rivals clash is weird... all other rivals but this always had me under 400 rank. Like i was at 385 last rivals then went to school and came back i was at 396.. This rivals im like 399 to 700. LB LATE?

Go for Dirk only so we that are in top 25 have less people people that want take our spot.

Only read the last few pages of this thread, but it seems like the conspiracy theories are starting again. A few things:


1. If you want me to respond to something specific, utilize the whole forum please. This thread is insanely long and moves very quickly. Sometimes I have time to read back a ton, sometimes I don't. The forum is there to make it easier to follow conversations, you should be using it vs. relying on everything in the thread to be followed.


2. I have no news on the Leaderboards other than what I have said before. Our engineer is working on why it is delayed, but until he has an actual fix, we don't want to go experimenting with the servers causing lots of maintenance during the RC event. The leaderboards are ~1 hour behind, but the event and game is stable. Claims that we "should have it fixed by now" are based from people that don't understand software development. Some bugs are easy, some are not. The leaderboard problem right now falls in the not so easy to fix category.


3. The Catalog going missing. We are not "stealing" your cards. There is a bug causing your old catalog to get overwritten with clean data in low bandwidth conditions. We don't have a permanent fix for it yet, but in the meantime we have been restoring Catalogs of people that send in Feedback mails to us. We have to do those restores though in server maintenance down times. Those restores are not going to be perfect either as we can restore it back to a particular time, but if you gained cards after that time then you will lose some cards from your catalog. As I said in the other thread, you're not likely to see any Catalog restores done until next week when we have a longer maintenance window scheduled.


I understand people are passionate about the game. I'm glad you are and enjoy it. I have put a lot of time and energy into this game and personally love to see people having fun. Cat Daddy always strives to put out the best product possible, but in games there are bugs that happen. We do our best to address them as quickly as possible. When I have information I think will be helpful then I share it immediately. I'm sorry you're having problems with the leaderboards and Catalog right now, but as always we are working to fix the problems.
