Well its not that bad anyway. Last RC was rough, but we got compensation. not like Riot Games with League of Legends, the BIGGEST game in the world, that is basically unplayable on weekends and was unplayable in the evening for at least half a year. The compensation for that was sth like 10 win bonus games? lol

Also we know by now how many points we will need, so i never play vs anyone, i just know how many points i will have to get and i just do that regardless of the rankings.

We don't have a permanent fix for it yet, but in the meantime we have been restoring Catalogs of people that send in Feedback mails to us. We have to do those restores though in server maintenance down times. Those restores are not going to be perfect either as we can restore it back to a particular time, but if you gained cards after that time then you will lose some cards from your catalog. As I said in the other thread, you're not likely to see any Catalog restores done until next week when we have a longer maintenance window scheduled.

I understand people are passionate about the game. I'm glad you are and enjoy it. I have put a lot of time and energy into this game and personally love to see people having fun. Cat Daddy always strives to put out the best product possible, but in games there are bugs that happen. We do our best to address them as quickly as possible. When I have information I think will be helpful then I share it immediately. I'm sorry you're having problems with the leaderboards and Catalog right now, but as always we are working to fix the problems.

Thanks for the straightfoward response. A LB that is 1 hour behind is more than manageable even if it's not ideal. The completely frozen LB is when things get really ugly and I start to have complaints.

Thank you for a response. It is understandable that bugs happen... People adopt etc. What are your thoughts on this bug changing game behavior factor?

I understand and have almost always sided with you NWGD. If I pay for card packs then later my catalog is reset and the cards that I am missing are not restored exactly as it was is in fact theft. They did restore my catalog to some previous date but I was still missing a lot of cards and the response I received was simply "sorry." So if I walk into your house and steal the tv and you say "hey, I bought that'" my response should simply be "sorry." I think not. You get the point. Y'all have ALWAYS made it right for me specifically until lately. Am I frustrated, most definitely. Do I have the right to complain and want things to be corrected as a paying customer, definitely. I have no idea about software development. That being said, if there was an issue with my job duties I would know what to do to fix it. Just sayin.

I'm at 4,835 with 0 epics.. I feel that during rivals, I don't draft epics as frequent as playing regular QG... Only during the bulls/heat rival was I able to draft 3 epics due to the constant grind...during QG before this event started, I drafted 2 within 1100 picks..
