That 2 epic penny hardaway has to be the best reward cards for rank 2000-4000. Not too hard to get thanks to the new reward criterias. Penny epic pro is better than my legendary drexler. lol.

Most epic pros are better than most legendary so that's nothing new. Penny is by far the best Epic tier reward tho (regardless of rank requirement) i don't think the better epics have been part of RC before (tho i started 4 RC ago so i can't speak about the epics before that).
