How many times have they changed a players stats? Beast legendary Rodman to the nerfed card that exists now. Just recently that beast dumars playoffs card. It's easy for them to change stats. The game is my team mobile. It doesn't have a year at the end. It includes players from the 60s. They could just put a year on the bottom of the team logo when the players played for them and make an updated card. It's that simple. Erase some of the crappy cards that nobody wants.

Do you know how hard it would be to pro with all those cards? You are essentially saying that they install a whole new game and incorporate your old cards while still maintaining mechanics of the new game. Just doesnt make sense for them. There has never been a game I have ever heard of to do this. COD is a perfect example. If anything it would be easier for console I think.all you need is a dlc and there is a new a game. But why would q comapny lose money when they know they could release a new game and ppl will stay pay. I understand the inconvenience of it I do. But i just can't see them letting us keep cards. They may give us a reward for playing 14 in like q special player but thats the extent of what I can see. You talking about brand new game and interfaces. and what if they remove players from 15 who were on 14 who were in your collection? How would you go about replacing that? Just too many issues with keeping your collection

I guess there will be a new app for 2k15 with a new version of the mobile game which is an improved version of the 2k14 app. They'll promote the mobile game a bit more and point out the fact that you can earn vc by playing the mobile game right from the beginning so a lot of the new 2k15 players will try out the mobile game and spend money on it.

Different topic: if I know that the player with the best stats in my season will probably finish second and I have a little bit worse stats than him but still better than the rest of the players in my season... then I should aim for 4th seed so I won't have to play against him in the semifinals right?

Dude, could you stop using call of duty as an example because it not a good one. Again that is on a disc based console. The amount of memory it takes to make a full fledged console game is way different than the amount of memory on a phone app and you can only add so much dlc because the disc can only hold so much memory therefore a new game is needed. That isn't the case on this app. This is a phone app. A mobile app, on a cell phone. The only thing those two things have in common are that they are competitive games used for enjoyment. The options are Damn near limitless on an app when on a console they are limited. I know I've had Damn near every console in existence. From Atari to n64 to dreamcast to now I've had most of them. They could erase cards, add new ones, update servers, update cards, they have a lot of options. They don't just have to make a new app. They can easily update it and keep people happy.

So by adding in a new tier they won't make money? Ok. All they have to do is put out the cards the people want in rc and they will buy hotstreaks to get them. They're the ones shooting themselves in the foot putting together these garbage rc's and wasting card space on players like Kyle Macy.

New tier? I never mentioned that. I'm talking about licensing and removal of players. How do you address that and still maintain the integrity of ppl LU? for instance.. and this isn't the best example.... but you gonna keep Fisher as uncommon although he a coach? Cpuld he not be replaced with someone better? And if he is replaced what do you tell someone who had him in their LU?

Yeah that's not a good example because Doug Collins and Avery Johnson were coaches. If it's a crap card and they removed it I wouldn't care and I don't think they would either as long as they don't have to start over. If it's a legendary or something then they would need to replace it with a legendary with close stats.

Well it is was my fault for bringing up the topic related to what happens when the new app comes out. All the developers have to do is tell us what us is going to happen

With the quality and player participation for the last couple events going lower. It is evident that their attention is elsewhere or maybe they just don't care anymore because people will spend money regardless. I will be happy with just being able to keep Playoff and RC cards.

I honestly feel like they aren't going to give a single crap about the 14 app(and it's fans) when 15 comes out. The way they seem to nonchalantly avoid the recent networking problems just feeds that idea as well.

Well if that's the case any card higher than epic needs to be ported over. I have 6 rc cards and I want every Damn one.
