And by the way when I bring up how LeBron likes to center himself with multiple superstars people bring up the 80s lakers and the 90s bulls. Like you said it yourself different free agent rules. Why do people still bring up teams from 30 years ago with superteams? Almost every team back then had 1 or 2 superstars. Nowadays some teams don't even have a star

He's more of a punchline than anything else and it's cds fault. They severely overrated him. I bet they couldn't even answer why he's a legendary. He had a great college career and an average to mediocre pro career. 9.5ppg and 4ast for his career. Those are stats legends are made of.

I don't really know. I wasn't fortunate enough to watch MJ play. I'm young and wasn't into basketball until like 8 years ago. I'm going to say that were less players/teams, therefore a smaller pool of players to give max contracts to. I really feel like there is so much more competition today, especially internationally. Who the hell knows what would happen if we could do a fantasy draft with all the NBA players in their primes (old and current). Imagine the first round of that fantasy draft.

Has nothing to do with it. I've honestly never heard of him until I saw his card then when I looked him up and seen his story and stats I was just like, so how the hell is this guy a legendary in the nba? Then the fact that they never gave George gervin anything more than an epic is even more disrespectful. Then he's better overall than Chris Mullin.

I don't really know. I wasn't fortunate enough to watch MJ play. I'm young and wasn't into basketball until like 8 years ago. I'm going to say that were less players/teams, therefore a smaller pool of players to give max contracts to. I really feel like there is so much more competition today, especially internationally. There was more competition back then because almost every team was stacked.

Hakeem was better than Shaq. I can name a good 5+ Centers that were better than him. He was just big with no skills. Fouled everyone when he went to the basket. Lebron has skills, and is one of the most dominant players of all time. My generation was spoiled with MJ as fare as domination.

Hakeem better than shaq... I can see that. But what other 4 you gonna put in front of him?? Like seriously. Most dominant force ever in the nba. He was physically imposing. I literally would watch him just have ppl hugged on him and he would throw em off like a rag doll. Shaq top 5 centers man. Hands down
