I think Barbosa reached his ceiling with Phoenix. And Lee did when he made All Star team. He just needs to stay healthy. But Green and Barnes and Splash Bros have yet to. All them are so young. I been saying it since he came into the league... watch out for Harrison Barnes. He has the potential to be great. And you can tell FIBA helped Klay game so much. so I agree with you. I don't see a championship necessarily this season but if this core stays together and Bogut stays healthy.... I see the conference finals easily.

The reason I don't think the team has reached the ceiling is because Ezeli finally is healthy and will continue to improve, Green also has gotten better this past offseason, Lee has been out with a hammy but if he can continue to put up 18/8 I don't see how he's on the "down swing", Rush potentially could regain his old form from 2 years ago of being a great defender and dependable 3 pt shooter, and Livingston is in his first few games under a new system. The Warriors are so deep right now and if everyone accepts their roles, the sky's the limit.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Guess I didn't energize my team before I fell asleep tonight. Woke up and they were all zombies. Oh well, 69-3 in season now. Big whoop. Still wanna speed up time through the finals to get my rewards, haha.badComment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Seeing everybody's Epic tier teams is inspiring me to play more, that's for sure.
First time posting in this thread; I'm just barely into Ultra Rare tier. I'm waiting on my first duplicate SR. The ladder rewards Jordan is my only SR pro because I've not pulled a 2nd copy of any SR out of 21 cards.
The only thing I wish would change about my team right now is that 4 of my best 6 cards are Shooting Guards (SR Pro Michael Jordan, UR JJ Redick, UR Craig Ehlo, & Rare Pro Anthony Bowie). I'm doing fine in seasons (I've won every one I've entered) but soon I'm really going to miss the positional bonus activations.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Hardaway covered exactly everything I was going to say. Some players just show their age faster than others. Barbosa is one of those, and it seems unlikely to rely on him being a major contributor.
Livingston though is an excellent piece to have added. Offers defense and ball handling with the added bonus of being able to play a multitude of positions.
Lee is on his down swing as said before that he's hit his ceiling and other teams are now fully aware of his defensive liabilities. The Warriors themselves showed their lack of faith in him by continuing to offer him to the Wolves for KLove. And even though most teams would offer almost any player for Love, the Warriors always talked about Thompson being indispensable to while Lee was just kinda there.
But you all have so much other talent to be excited about. As a UNC student who watched Barnes play, I love his flashed of brilliance in the NBA. I was also one of the only people that had faith in Draymon coming out of college. I said that his ability to play 3 positions and stretch the floor were going to be huge. And now a few years later he's looking at making around $8 million a year.

As individual players Lee and Barbosa have hit their ceiling, but the Warriors as a team I don't think have. That was the main point I was trying to get across. =)
I'm excited about Barnes (but sometimes frustrated too). He's shown flashes but has yet to be consistent...but still have to remember he's still really young and he has so much time to grow as a player.Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
I think the best move Kerr did was bring Iggy off the bench in like a Manu role. Starting Harrison is gonna build his confidence and allow him to start growing as a player. I personally would like them to keep the starters as is and bring both iggy and Lee off the bench. That would be Livingston. Rush. Iggy. Lee. Ezeli as your 2nd LU... that is nasty and deep as far as a bench goes.
We'll see how things play out, but this Warriors team is looking mighty nasty so far.
Iggy is perfect for the 6th man role, I talked to him and he said he had no problem playing that type of role on the team. He's all about that "team first" mentality. Love it!Comment

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
There's rumors that Lee may come off the bench too. With the first few games of the season, Green has been able to keep the defense honest and stretch the floor with his shooting and Lee simply doesn't do that.

Re: MyTeam Mobile Discussion
Lol I talked to him for real. I do a Warriors event every year and we have Arizona alumni do a meet and greet event with our group for a postgame event. This year, we had Steve Kerr, Luke Walton, and Iggy come out and chat for a few minutes since they're all Arizona alums. =PComment
