top 20 cards, and three tier range...

that way ebentually they are going to have too many in that tier they will be forced to choose between all their epics as opposed to all their lower tier cards (unless they want to go so low in tiers they get cards that are useless to them anymore, then that is on them)

I'm pretty sure if they had the cards to move up they would. There is zero reason to stay in tiers you if you can get into the next.

I finally had the cards to bump me into legendary tier (so bench is now 1 epic pro and 4 legendaries instead of 5 commons) and there's still zero reason to rotate cards out.

There never will be in these games, outside of personal preference. As for people buying the assistant manager or whatever that's called? That's exactly what CD wants. More money in their pocket.

I'm pretty sure if they had the cards to move up they would. There is zero reason to stay in tiers you if you can get into the next.

I am not complaining about using the AST manager... you aren't getting my point...

Dude there is no way you don't have enough super rares, rares, or ultra rares to fill out your bench.. or you keep using them as fuel and CHOOSING to keep your commons or uncommons for the bench which is your choice on how to exploit this...

IF this rule were implemented then you would be forced to keep the other cards to even be able to play in season... you would have to have enough cards to fill out within three tiers which by the time youa re up in our tiers IS EXTREMELY EASY... you are choosing to do it this way..

but the system could be built to keep people from doing this

and though I disagree with you and I feel this is cheating and ruins the integrity of the game.. I am not trying to get ugly though or sling mud here...

I think it would be easy to fix this in an update and it would force people to play more fairly and make them choose other strategies that are more fair

Don't get me wrong, I dislike the strategy.

It just is what it is at this point. I also highly disagree with it being 'cheating' or anything like that, because there is literally nothing stopping anyone else from doing the same thing.

You know what a bigger 'problem' than a common bench is, to me at least? Leveling all your cards in your lineup as your season progresses. That's more unfair to people than a commonly accepted strategy that is available to anyone. The good thing about the leveling is you can really only do it once in a blue moon.

I think it comes off as smacking around telling other people how they "should" play the game. Also, I can almost guarantee it's going to be a non-issue once PCC rolls around and people start getting more and more rewards from those running.

I feel your frustration though. I disliked using a common bench (even if I never use my bench) but it's how it's been in both this and previous games. Still blows the door off of MyNBA2k14 system, without being overly restrictive "you must play the game this way".

Dam my dude... you are really pissed about this lol I'm not gonna say it's cheating because it isn't a rule not to. Plus they do the same thing on consoles as far as playing all the superstars out of position. To me I feel like you should have to play that position on that spot. But i can't go as far as to say that it's cheating or ruining integrity of the game... thats a bit much. It's frustrating at best

Okay so maybe cheating is a bit extreme but I think it is cheap and ruins what _I_ believe the game to be set up as fair... they purposely made the season 82 hours long plus playoffs as they said to help even the playing field with their sleep schedules to even things out.

They also said they worked on their matchmaking and yes it is improved from last season but why does that have to be an argument against improving even more?

No I am not saying people MUST play it this way, but I am not the only one complaining about seasons being unfair and I believe I came up with what I feel would fix this issue. It would keep the playing field more even.

They put it specifically in the FAQ that during season the point of the game is to level up to increase your chances of winning....

I think you misunderstood what I meant. I meant people that will have full team (like 5-10, somewhere in that range) level 0 cards (be they UR/Epic/Legendary) and start their season. This will match them up against weaker people.

As soon as they click start season it locks them into that bracket. Then they go to town leveling their cards, so by the time the midseason rolls around they can just sit back and laugh as they destroy everyone.

That is gaming the system more than a common bench is.

I have played season after season. Soon as one ends I start another (with ONE break for a few hours one time)

So I have always played my 15 best cards and as soon as I got better cards I add them to my lineup and then I level up my cards... I dont see how this is being cheap AT ALL....

it seems you are trying to defend yourself and your strategy by attacking mine and getting on the offensive but I dont see how the two correlate... they are two entirely different things.

My method is how they explain the game to be played in the FAQ... whereas they dont discuss putting ringers on your team to corrupt the system into putting you into a tier that you have almost zero chance of losing....

You aren't going to win 10 cards that are at level 0 to join a season instantly after that.

I said a full team of at least 5-10 cards at level 0, not a single card that just got drawn/won.

nobut i typically join a season with at least 3-4 maybe even 5 new lebel 0 cards... due to cards I just pulled....

you are talking about only people who just bought a bunch of cards basically and that will only happen as often as they buy a bunch of cards...

Outside of that unless they are holding back their own progression and playing lower cards(yet still an even team)that is different... they are maybe trying to bolster up ALL of their players until they get dupes which is nothing wrong with that either..

Nothing wrong with people spending money if thats what they want to do.

I bought some packs too.

Ii havent in a long time and now I start a new season with 3-5 new cards at level 0 everytime and I focus on leveling them up during the season
