You can't max him yet. That's only the first one being rewarded. If you look at the catalog, that reward Kobe is different from the Legend Kobe or Epic Kobe

Btw did u notice any diffferences in average picks per board?

I found myself going down to 5 or less cards remaining way tooo often. Not many worse feelings in the game when theres 1 card on the board u turn it over and its energy/streak.
